stop below mentioned service

I am receiving again message that 5 saudi Riyal deducted from my mobile +966 537034750 pre paid card. And after few second i receive an SMS saying that "download from this link: http://wap.emea.timwe,http//helm.tekmob.com/pim/s. this happens weekly.The message comes from 802600 & 802600 please kindly stop that deduction...or possible need to change to other telecommunication...please make action for this matter. please stop that sevice........
