repetitive - Washing machine fully automatic
This machine is 7 years old and there was no complaint . However, in end August '07, the machine was making a DHUm DHUM sound and trying to move violently. A complaint was lodged at 98106767 ( no. 709502 DT 01Sep'07). A rep from VOLCARE ENTERPRISES attended the machine and informed that the shocker has to be replaced. The same was done on 06Sep'07 ( I was charged Rs281 for service and 1900 for shocker). The problem re-appeared after a few washes and a complaint was lodged( 71054), that time I was told that the shocker was not fixed properly and the same has been rectified. However the problem again appeared after 2/3 washes. Again a complaint was lodged( No.71115355 dt 24 Oct'07).This time a different person visited from Volcare and the legs were replaced. Iwas again charged with a service fees of Rs 281+ 200 for the legs. The machine is still not OK. The problem is still persisting and Complaint no 712466 dt 02Dec '07 is still on record. This time the PCB is suspected. For which 2 replacements have been tried but the vibrations and movement is still persisting. I understand that the replacements are all faulty. Now how long can this continue?
It is well past 3 months and I have reasons to believe that the repalcements made ( viz the shocker and the legs) probably were not necessary . Also I feel Volcare had no ethical reason to charge for the subsequent service fees. The call centre only takes the complaint and gives a number. Is that the service one can expect from Electrolux?
May I expect a no nonsense reply from Electrolux stating the actual cause of the problem and the solution there of ? Or the entire machine will be put to test bit by bit and replaced with every element there in ?
