Washing Machine — not yet received a demo for the same

dear sir i have taken a samsung Automatic washing machine it has been past 5 to 6 mnts but no one has yet come for a demo for the same i have been following the demo people they say they will come but they dont come this past 5 to 6 mnts they r doing the same what should i do pl help me for the same.This is very shamful on your people as they r working in such a big firm they r spoiling the name ????????????????
