Washing Machine — Excess EMI

I have purchase a Washing Machine from Vijay Sales Thane Branch. I was told that after the down payment only 8 instalments will be deducted but now they are still deducting the money from my bank a/c. upon checking on website it is shown that 13 installments will be deducted. Why so?? this is clearly cheating and fraud. I need someone to clarify this immediately. I have also purchased a Microwave oven from the same place and I am afarid this fraud will continue. YOu have all my telephone details with you. My name is Mrs. Krishna Khot. Pls arrange for the exess refund and call immediately
