Dear Sir, With due respect, I Mr. Rabindra Kuamr Sahoo, EPF A/c No- DL/19936/738 want to inform you that my previous organization (SMEC India Pvt. Ltd) deposited my EPF form in Regional Provident fund Commisioner office, Delhi(South) on 9th June 2008. Provident fund Office has deposited that amount on 22nd Oct. 2008 in my ICICI Bank A/c[protected] in two cheques Rs. 58, 028.00 and Rs. 10, 945.00. But I have received only one cheque of RS. 10, 945.00 and another cheque of Rs.58, 028.00 has bounced due to insufficient fundson 23rd Oct 2008. Sumit Sharma — Employee Provident fund cheque Bounce
I withdraw my Provident Fund from Value added people Serach where I worked for 7 Months, The PF Comes to my account in two cheques one is of amt. 9600/- has been cleared, but other cheque of Rs. 13,346 Has been bounced due to fund insufficients, This cheque has been presented three times at my bank and got bounce due to the same reason for that fined for Rs 112 for cheque bounce .No one from EPF Office call me on the same and No one at PF Office support me that where I can solve this problem.
My complaint is this that Why PF office issue me the cheque If they have not sufficient amount. Now I want My 13,346 Rs. with the panelty of rs 112/- Kindly look into the matter.
