I BELONG TO THE CATEGORY OF MINIMUM CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY (75 UNITS QUARTERLY, AND NEVER CROSSED THAT LIMIT) AND REGULARLY PAYING BILL ACCORDINGLY. BUT DUE TO DEFECTIVE METER AND I WAS FAVOURED WITH AN INVOICE NO.[protected] DT 11-08-12 SHOWING CONSUMPTION OF 297 UNITS AND CONSEQUENT PAYMENT OF RS.1510/-.
AFTER PAYING THE BILL, I REQUESTED WBSDCL-HALDIA DIVSION FOR ADJUSTMENT OF EXCESS AMOUNT BILLED OR REFUND THEREOF. BUT SORRY TO STATE WBSEDCL-HALDIA DIVISION IS NEITHER ADJUSTING THE EXCESS PAYMENT MADE BY ME NOR MAKING ANY REFUND THEREOF.
