Western Digital — plz see in detail

i have bought wd hdd it crashes
i got it replaced within 8 days
next 2 mothths same thing happened
i got my hdd registerd
but nobdy is there for pik up
instead i frequently called them 7-8 times
and atlast i mysel[censored]ge to go to the courier service
and handed over the product to them
and now 10 days later i call them again and they said we didnt recieved the product yet..
its around 1 and a half month back and i still didnt get my hard drive..
m very frustated
if any one helpme out so that i can get weiver or somthing from the company or somebody i can talk to

I have purchased one system from Technocrat Ranchi Branch it is now in guratee period. computer is not running from last 2 Months I have called in your Company tollfree No. Many times but always they are saying me that I will do some thing but there are not doing something from last 1 Months Plz... do something for me......
