[Resolved] Western Digital — defective hard drive | |||
My name is gurvinderjeetsingh. My Western Digital Hard Disk stopped working and I have requested for warranty replacement. They have provided me with a door pickup service for which I have booked on feb 14th 2011.According to them,the door pick was to be made within 72 working hours from the date of booking.I have not yet received any response from them. I tried calling their customer service number,but either that the number is busy always,or that they will keep me in hold nomatter how mch I wait.
