i was send an WD blue external HDD to wd RMA Pre-Mailer address on 19/08/3013 for replacement. but till 4/10/2013 they didn't replace my HDD and when ever i try to call to costumer care, they make new excuse every day. and now they start to say that HDD is virtually received and said we have no information regarding your request thank you. i have strong proof of Delivery at WD pre-mailer address . so now i want to file a case against the WD for the bad and fake service of replacement and for mental torcher upto 2 months .. take this statement as a notice . am giving you now 15 days to send HDD else i will file the case .
