i would like to register my complaint

Complaint about the total lack of cleanliness and maintenance of the Western Railway churchgate station ladies toilet.
I visited the ladies toilet on the 3 of sept. And was shocked to see the condition. I have taken pictures because pics tell it all. There were to tubs full of garbage (as if the toilet was a garbage collecting centre) and some garbage spilled on the floor. There were two Indian toilets (please cancel western toilets if there is no provision for toilet paper) as they are not hygienically used by the Indian public. The taps were dry and water was kept in a big blue tub outside which had to taken to the toilet with a mug. The water in the tub was so dirty. The grills in the toilet looked as if they knew no cleaning and utensils were kept over the partitions of the inne
r toilet blocks and a girl was sleeping there in all the filth..
Cant a commuter travelling to one of the prestigious places and prestigious station have a right to a decent toilet?
The Railway minister before going for high tech metro rails etc should at least be able to maintain a simple decent clean toilet for its commuters. It is laudable that union minister Mr. Jairam Ramesh at least has focussed on the basic needs of the public and that too in rural India has organised for eco friendly toilets to end open air defecation.
The Railway minister needs to book these nonperforming employees and suspend them for relegation of duties. The Station Master Mr. Gopi Fonjara seemed not at all perturbed or surprised and very complacently tells me that he has received several complaints but because it is outsourced to Sulabh intl he could do nothing. And any complaint to them has had no effect.
Will somebody in the management tell me that it is not possible to provide a decent toilet for commuters ? then they should hand over the railways to private players they would do a good job.
I hope you take the matter up seriously and remedy it urgently.
