i have orders for 7 items vide order no S 8030613 and i have received only one item against 7.
i have made several complaint and spoke to concern person and he has been insisting that the
consignment of all the 7 items were delivered. I had asked the concerned person to send me
copy of the POD to enable me to file a police complaint. i am yet to receive the POD copy.

Either you deliver the goods or refund the money.

This is bhargav, i have ordered multipurpose jacket with flip-flops on sep-19th and i paid amount through netbanking at the time of purchasing, you mentioned in your site product will delivered with in 5-7 days, today is the 9th day till now i didnt get any response from your side. my order no-S8071481.

Do not listen to them, they are trying to CHEAT you DOING Day robbery.
Once they attract many customers they do big cheating and left.
You can find huge number of complaints within few days as this is new website. Directly lodge a case with court / cyber crime and ask for compensation. I have few friends who got cheating with this fraud fellows. One of my friend received complete Useless and fake cookers, other one receive defective shoe.
And another one receive WOODLAND copy model shoe. All worst quality. They are showing different pictures and sending fake one.

Directly lodge a case and ask for compensation. As per the Fraudulent cases, even if the cost of item is Rs.1000 you can still sue the company and ask for as higher amount as Rs.40, 000 for causing fraud

Take strict action. If you are from Hyderabad or nearest location, you can directly contact them, I have few people contacted and saying no physical person is available at their location and as per the law they are entitle for fraud case.

They are cheating hundreds of customers, even though site is launched recently.

I would suggest NO one should choose this website (whaaky.com) to purchase any product, since i am fed up with with placing an order (order # S8089324) on 10/10/13 and still i have no responce from this team despite lots of emails and they even dont pick our calls.

Whaaky.com — Not yet received the product.

I had ordered for headphones with the order number: S80109454...I have been mailing since i had ordered. But i haven't any reply from them. They had asked for my mobile number and i gave them. I want to know why the hell are they so busy to reply for an e-mail from their consumer.

Hope i would get it. And it's already 5 days. Make sure you send it ASAP.

Whaaky.com — Not refund money

I ordered shoes combo in whaaky.com order No. S80225740, I cancelled the order same day by phone call and after i sent mail also. But those are not cancelled and not refund the money. When i call again those will not talk proper manner and cut the phone call immediately.

I purchased one order id S80211611.
But I am not satisfying with these goods why because these are not comfortable to me.
I want to cancel these Order. please help me how to cancel these Order.

Don't belive them they are cheatigng customers.
They are not responding to customer mails.
If you order they will send duplicate(cheapest) goods.
Don't trust this site.

I ordered Reebok shoes and Track Suit on 13th March 2014. My order Id is S80246795. Since then the order status is showing Preparing to ship. I tried to contact Whaaky team through several mails and customer care contact number. But all in vein. It proves that Whaaky is least bothered about their customers. My suggestions to all, please don't order anything on Whaaky. You will keep waiting for that thing just like a fool.
