I had purchased a Microwave Over with Whirl Pool. Before its expirry of warenty, I had opted for extended warenty on 20.03.2009 with their authorised service centre" Mothers Home care" vide Invoice receipt number 26857. and paid the money. The warenty is for the period from 20.03.2009 to 19.03.2010.
There is a proplem in the equipment since april 01, 2009, when ever we telephone them either they give a complaint number dont attend. or dont give complaint number and say thier systems are down. This drama is going on for the last. Now the equipment, is idle and the company had not provided the service for three months APRIL, MAY, JUNE-2009.
