Refrigerator not cooling effectively

My complaint number lodged on 14-April number is DL0410016197. To date it is lying unresolved and they are still saying that part is to be delivered.

complain no. is 66457, seince last 15 days we are been harassed by the customer care center, no proper information, they disconnects the line. no one is visiting to check the fridge. we are in chennai and you people are making us feel real bad, we are forced to think that we ave done a blunder mistake by opting for whirpool.
