Whirlpool 310 Ltr Clx Professional Refrigerator — MALFUNCTIONAL - FROST - FOOD GETS SPOILED

I have got gift above mentioned refridgerator of whirlpool purchased and billed from whirlpool of india ltd, Add: C/o Appeejay Surendra, 47, hide road, Brace Bridge, Kolkatta vide tax invoice no: [protected] dt 19.06.2009.
From day 1, excess of frost gathers on food packets of vegetables, fruit etc.and all slides of fridge. All eatables becomes dry and rotten. Regular complains to service centre has been given. The technician attending my complain accepts that it has fault but makes excuses and promises to repair on next visit.

Whirlpool 310dx Professional Fridge — air leakage between door &body

I purchase a whirlpool 310dx professional fridge on 09.03.09
from M/S J.D Elctronics.Chennai-600010 vide their invoice no.VAT 12042/dt 09.03.09/
I think that the defective piece was supplied to me because in last 6 months pereiod it has repaired two times(waterpipe leak) and now the main defect is while door closed the cool air come out side because of the gape between the door and body.Your engineer has come and saw it and told that the door should be replaced only.Now i request you that it is manufectring defect why it shoul not be replaced the new piece instead of repairing.Sir I have not paid the amount for defective piece.
Now it is up to You to pls decide and inform me and at your service chennai,If I did not recd satisfactory reply from your side then I have to go to ahead to consumer court.
So Sir it is up to u and I think that you will take good action in favour of company as well as customer

my washing machine model 7234 was bought on 30.10.06.your technician who had come to service the machine on 7.10.09 had opened and closed without servicing the same as i did not oblige him for buying the detergent powder.AMC technicians should not be doing marketing.Your company and your tecnicians who had come to service are solely responsible for any damage or breakage that may occur as they fixed it back in shabby manner, their usual when customers dont oblige.

Whirlpool Refrigerator Model 310 Ltr Icdlx — Poor product service

I own a eberg Whirlpool Refrigerator Model 310 ltr IcDLX (Steel) on 4 apr 2006. It developed a problem complaint was made by me to their call centre It was subsequently repaired by their service person and charged 1950 for spares and now since 12th feb 2009 again problem occured of not getting cooled then we have launched a complaint and service provider has proved to be most incompetent and charged around 2500 rs for the repair , but the problem is not rectified fully. Just withn in three years we have spent around 5000 for repair.It is requested that my fridge be repaired at the earliest without having to pay the charges again for the same defect twice, failing which i will be compelled to get rid of my Whirlpool fridge recommend negatively about whirlpool products in various forums including friends and family.
so please respond positively.
The Whirlpool Washing Machine and the after sales serive are pathetic. From day one the system has been giving us trouble and the so called engineers who come don't even know how to change the fuse...nor do they carry any spares. It is relly sad that a company of this standing should behave in this fashion.

whirlpool refrigerator Elite — door defective

I have refrigerator whirlpool model F30 Elite M Gold. Right from the day of purchase its door has been giving trouble. Twice its end cap has been changed but it is still not fully rectified. Every time the end cap is changed, I have to pay Rs 250/- notwithstanding its being in the warrantee period. My complaint No GB [protected] dated 08 Oct is yet to be attended to. I find the Company not very responsive. Who can help? Kindly advise

Whirlpool / Whirlpool Wm - Verve Steel — Water leakage/non-operation

The Whirlpool WM-Verve steel (company VAT No-[protected] and company CST NO-BHC-II-1260) was purchased from Raj Electronoics on 9th Oct,2008. Water leakage starts from the Drum in the month of August 2009 and it got worse within a short period. Complaint lodged with Bhubaneswar Service Center on 1st week of septmber and people from the SC visited on 11/09/2009. The Job Service Request No-965 given to us. They found that the product was defective and the Drum and wheel would be replaced at Company Cost (Guarentee period). Subsequently we had followed up with them several times. But almost after a month , on October 13th , people from Megha Services (authorised by Whirlpool, it seems) again visited and verified papers and told us that within a day or two they would lift the machine for the job. A week is gone by, but nobody had turned up. We are also not being able to contact any persons? What to do? Is this the reutation and good will of the Company-Whirlpool?

This company is making mediocre if not bad qualty products totally not reliable . I dont know waht makes them to survive. I have learnt a hard lesson by buying a self defrosting 180 litres fusion fridge supreme ... from one company called Vasanth and co (excellent companion to suh products ) . I bought this on the eve of deppavali thru vasanth naganallur ( whose phone will alays be made not available ). The lifetime mistqake has been made . The door magnet is weak . door makes unusual noise when closing and opening . The cooling is poor and so we turned to 7 .The first engineer who visited himself observed a defect and suggested to rthe company to change . he did not have the courage to tell abt his obsetvation . Net result I am now having a defective product from day one . I really dont know how to bring these people to book .

I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator on 25 August 2009, the nex day it become dead and I made a complaint to the shop were I purchse that. They give the service center number and they send a person after one week and he told has som gas leaking problems and will be replaced with in one week. and i started calling every day after one week, but nothing happend and they gave one more number to call and today the date is 25th Oct 2009...till now nothing it is not replaced and while calling getting the same reply as after one week...

Whirlpool Icejet 340 Ltrs — company not attending the complaint

I have bought this whirlpool refrigerator in 2006 august wherein it ran withouf any problems for one year.
After that it started developing problems like the bottom comp does not gets cool. Moreover after launching a complain the service people didnt attend it. U have to keep on calling them and after say one month they finally attended wherein they said the defrost timer has to be changed,That was all done on my money and nothing from company side.Now again after one year the same problem has come but the customer care is just sitting quite eventhough i launched the complain on 19th and have called more than 5 times.I am just totally fatup with the whirlpool aftersales attitude and just want to get rid of this tag"whirlpool". They are just making money selling false product and then charging u for the same falsely.MY other fridge was godrej which i used for 18 years and never i got a problem once. wwhirlpool is just another road side brand thats what it looks to me bcause they dont bother to solve ur complain on their brand.Whereas my eperience with other brands have been very good specially with LG and Samsung wherein they do look after the customer and surely give us the prompt service .
But whirpool is just another mad dog in the strreet and i sincerely would like to advise customers not to buy whirlpool brand. thanking you all..i

I purchased a Whirlpool fully auto washing machine last year. Since then my life has become hell.
The machine breaks down every 2 months on an average. Sometimes water does not get heated, or it makes a lot of noise while spinning and clothes remain dirty. Already its been repaired so many times within the warranty period. Now that the warranty is getting over in 2 months, they dont come to repair even after so many calls so that the warranty gets over. The people who come to repair are very rude n try to sell other related products(trolleys, powders, purifier, etc) we are not interested in.
Now can any action be taken to save the 16k i have invested in a useless product.?? Is there any help. please do inform if there is.

Whirlpool Sensation Elite Washing Machine — Very Poor and Passive Support for Fixing the problem with the machine

Hello!

I purchased Whirlpool Sensation Elite washing machine on 02-Feb-2008. Since then I had problems once or twice and got the problems fixed by their customer support team.

Recently there was a major problem with the machine and my wife (Usha Nagasri A) raised the complaint with the customer care of Whirlpool by calling[protected] on 04-Feb-2009 and got the complaint number HD[protected]. She was told that some one would call on the same day and it would be looked at on the same day. She got an SMS to that effect too. But till today, not even a single time, we got a call from Whirlpool customer care. Everytime and everyday we have been calling them only to get the standard response that they would inform the technical team and call us back in 1 hour and also that the issue would be fixed on the same day. But till now, the issue is not fixed and it had been almost 2 weeks since the complaint was raised.

My wife went to Whirlpool India website and lodged a complaint to the customer support team yesterday (15-Nov-2009), but there was not even an acknowledgement for the complaint.

I tried getting someone senior management's email ID but nothing was available on the website. I don't know whom can I call or write to. It is really a horrible experience for me with this company which boasts of so many awards of excellence for its support, quality, etc...

Would appreciate any help and guidance...

I had lodged complaint on 15 th sep 2009 with custamercare centre complaint no22946 at chennai &the complaint is yet to be attended, inspite of regular reminder inperson.
i bought ac in the month april 2009 its remote stop working next month ihave given to it dealer he registered the complain with company in october ihave contacted the customer care at least 50 times all executives r group of liar give wrong information shamelessly i think whirlpool company is lowest grade company in india my complain no(3925) ADDRESS 136/4 DHURI SANGRUR MOBILE NUMBER [protected]

Washing Machine, Whirlpool & Dealer Great Eastern — Exceptional delay in replacement

Dear Sir/Madam
we had purchased two products of whirlpool :1.refrigerator & 2.washing machine on 17/10/09
from Great Eastern Shop,Kakurgachhi,Kolkata After continuous chasing the products were delivered on 31st October'09.Washing Machine was damaged in transit and the engineer who visited our home for demonstration of the refrigerator informed that it will be replaced with in a week and had taken the signed delivery slip-mentioning damage and replacement of the washing machine.after a week I was asked to submit the invoice copy to the local whirlpool office which was subsequently submitted after a week and after that no response from whirlpool. when contacted the person who visited our home he said he has no control on this matter we have to follow up with their park street office only.Could reach them ultimately to after chasing 3-4 times. I was informed that my complaint was registered on 11/11/09 and informed that the replacement procedure for them is of min 21 days.Cost of the product is Rs.16000/.
My complaint is :
No body takes the ownership of the delivery
What about the payment of interest loss because of the delay in delivery as I had neither enjoyed the product nor my funds are with me right now.
A complaint had been registered with whirlpool wide complaint no.KL[protected]
Please help and advise.

this is just to bring into your kind attention about the pathetic AMC service provided by the co.
I have a semi autometic washing machine and have a comprehensive AMC policy.
when I was called up by your exucative to take the amc, I was told, If I take this Comprehencive Amc policy, it covers the entire machine as insurance.
Now, whenever I call for any problem, your engineer comes and after verifying, the first thing they say that the particular parts which is damaged is not covered. then again I nedd call up different persons and then the part is covered . why so? recently I made a complaint ( no dl[protected]). It was complaint of spin tub break shoe. agiain, the engineer told that this not covered, then after negotiation he agreed to do but told only I have to pay for the break shoe which cost around Rs 50. my question is why I have to pay when my AMC covers the entire machine and more of all nowhere in the policy it is mentioned that 'these...these .. particular parts exclude the policy'. the amount could be even Re 1 but why they ask money.
however he did not attend my complaint and it was closed without being solved.
