Whirlpool India — Failure to provide service over 4 months - Window Ac 1.5 Tonne - Chennai

I would like to bring to your notice that i had registered a complaint on the 13th Dec 2012 vide complaint no. CN1212022777. The issue was with my whirlpool window 1.5 tonne Air conditioner. The technician had visited and diagnosed the issue as failure of the compressor. He had mentioned that the compressor was under warranty and promised to replace the same. Further to that 2 weeks after many followups, we were told that there is no stock of the replacement. The call center details reveal that the complaint was closed on 10th Jan 2013 stating there was no replacement available. Till date there has been no revert from your side. I am appalled by the lack of dedication in resolving a issue which has been pending for over 2 months now. I have been a loyal whirlpool patron using most of your domestic appliances. This will be my last attempt to resolve the issue failing which you will leave me with no choice but to approach the consumer forum/ grievance redressal cell. I have again booked a complaint today 05th Feb 2013 vide complaint no. CN0213006786. Request you to do needful.
