DELIVERY OF DAMAGED REFRIGERATOR
I purchased a Whirlpool Proton 330 litres Delux model from Girias near Saraki Signal on 14th July. The refrigerator was delivered on 15th evening and their service person came on 16th morning. When the refrigerator was unpacked it was in damaged condition. The body of the refrigerator was dented and the wheel on the bottom was broken.
Till today (29 july), they could not replace the refrigerator.
This being their top end model I fail to understand how it can be delivered damaged and what is the kind of quality checks it undergoes before delivery.
