Hello Whirlpool India Team, This letter is being written on 31st Aug'13 from Narol, Ahmedabad Undersigned is aghast with the way complaints are handled by local whirlpool team for break-down of their microwave Magicook 25C model. This machine is currently under warranty. Registered complaint no with whirlpool is AH[protected] This machine was purchased from Chroma Showroom, wherein lodged complaint no is 96886 These complaints were registered more than two weeks ago & even after several calls made to service center no help is received so far but assurances. Following persons have been contacted so far:- 1. Mr. Hiren Patel, Head - Customer Care - Satellite, Ahmedabad, Whirlpool: [protected] 2. Mr. Kunal, Head Customer Care - Bapunagar, Ahmedabad, Whirlpool: [protected] 3. Mr. Raghavender, Sr Manager, Customer Care, Mumbai - Chroma: [protected] Since there is no escalation matrix provided in website of Whirlpool India, so he is forced to publish the issue in public forum.
