The double door - No frost fridge purchased by me at m/s MGB Tirupur is not working from March 2012. It is under extended warranty period. I have given the complaint to the company and they have come and filled the gas five times, then changed the compressor thrice and still it is not functioning properly. My phone no. is [protected] and if you see the details in this phone no. you can see how many times I have given the complaint from March 2012. I have sent mails to the customer care for more than 20 times. Still they could not correct it and now they say they will replace the fridge. For this I have to pay 50 % of the fridge cost. My experience with m/s WHIRLPOOL INDIA PVT LIMITED is very bad and I will not buy their products at all in the future. If you want the mail communications I will send, if needed.
