On 6 feb I made a complain of not working fridge. On 7feb service engineer visit and charges over Rs 200 for service charge and Rs 300 for changing relay. While in user guide it is told that we have to pay Rs 100 as service charge. On the eve of next day fridge again got the same problem. And the engg. is out of station for three days. It is very much uncomfortable without fridge for three days including two days of holi. Please takd the fast steps because of festivals. So that our believe over company do not get heart.
