I purchased a microwave oven in June 2013. It stopped working in end of July 2013. I registered a complaint on whirlpool customer care in August starting. Till now there is no strict action has been taken by the company. Whenever i call them they reply that the item is out of stock. I must say now that whirlpool is a worst company to buy products. Please do not buy whirlpool products. The East Delhi service area manager is Ravish Khanna. Really a bad manager. My complaint is still pending.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I got the serviced micro-wave oven finally from the servicing agency at Trivandrum. Thank you very much. I would suggest let all the authorized service dealer shou8ld give you at least a bi-monthly report on the number of serviced Whirlpool appliances and indicate in each case the customer’s phone numbers. You could check occasionally with the customers on their satisfaction. This would go a long way to gain confidence in our products and support received for maintaining them.

I had given a micro-oven Magicook for servicing to the Whirlpool authorized agencies at Trivandrum namely HI-Tech Solutions on[protected] and till now there has been no favourable response from them till now. Iam getting very inconsistent replies which are contradictiory and is better discussed personally through phone. On the whole while we consider the Whirlpool aappliances are elegant and good looking; the service provided is extremely frustrating. I would like your top officials to look into this matter.
