complain against boring road service center

i have refrigrator(250Lit) of Whirlpool,i need all the accessories of door like bottle shelf,egg tray etc.but they are not providing it from last 20days.so i request you to kindly look into this matter & let me know when i will able to get it.

I have a whirlpoool toploading white magic washing machine.Its warranty period is over.I got my washing machine sreviced by Patna service centre on 16-03-2013 by payinhg Rs 985.But after 7 days the washing machine has started making very high noise during rotation.I filed a complaint(complaint no. PT 0313007309) on 29-03-2013, but no engiineer has visited my home nor contacted on phone for servicing till today.
This is a very very poor service of Patna service centre.
