[Resolved] Whirlpool Protton F 450 Elite — No proper response on servicing of faulty refrigerator | |||
Dear Sir, I bought the aforementioned product on 8th of July, 2010. Yesterday, not even a month from the date of purchase, the unit malfunctioned and stopped working. On my complaint under warranty conditions the company sent a technician in the morning who said that the unit cannot be repaired currently due to unavailability of spare parts. I am facing a lot of inconvenience on account of having nothing to meet my refrigeration needs and food hygiene. Since then I have continually tried to contact the company for a replacement or a refund according to the warranty card which says that the company must refund my money according to current depreciation trend if adequate service is not provided. But the customer care is not letting me speak to any senior representative on account o[censored]navailability. I fail to understand how a big company like whirlpool has no senior representative to talk to its customers on a working weekday. I feel harassed by the customer service department of whirlpool , as it has wasted my entire day attending to the problem without much progress on the issue.
