Whirlpool Refrigerator - change of lamp and rectification of water within the fridge

My refrigerator lampis not working since 3 yearsand there is water stagnation within the fridge since a couple of weeks.None of the phone nos given on the whirlpool brochures seem correct.Got some no. on the net but no repsonse.I would request the concerned authorities to see to it that my complaints are attended to immediatly
