Whirlpool Refrigerator — Customer service is bad

We have Whirlpool Elite 220 model refrigerator and we have been using it for last 5 years. The plastic boxes for vegetable, chiller tray is got damaged when I called up customer service to find out where can I get any replacements in bangalorem the buddy took registered a complaint and said someone from company will get in touch with you. After 4 days, a person comes to home with vegetable box.. and hands over a bill of Rs. 700

The itemized bill says,
Box cover cost: 75 for cover, 175 for the vegetable bottom box.
Customer service: 450

All I was expecting just Rs. 250.. clear cheating from whirlpool and its agencies here in bangalore.
hence this is a complaint to consumercomplaint.in. hope this will be noticed by whirlpool and proper service is given
