I had buy refrigerator 400IM-WH ( FF 400) on 25/12/2004. We are facing number of complain from last one year. Service given by the companies authorized service station Seven star services is very poor. We had already spend about 5000 rupees uptill now. :Last month compressor problem occurred, they had changed the compressor, but still our refrigerator is not working properly. While changing the compressor they had removed drain trey, because may be compressor of different model then original one. Now water is coming out of refrigerators back side. In spite of number of complain no one had turned up. One of the company’s technician Mr. Ashok whose mobile no. is 9967686088, call promise us so many times to come personally and resolve the problem. But they had failed to do so uptill now.
So we hope that Whirlpool india will come out of poor customer care record and selling poor quality products.
