• Harassment by whirlpool customer care and service Dear Sir, It is with deep regret and disappointment and as a consequence of REPEATED HARASSMENT by Whirlpool Customer Care and Service persons that I email you this letter. My name is Om Prakash and I am living in Darbhanga, Bihar. We own a Whirlpool Ice Magic , Model:13841 S. No. INC[protected] refrigerator, purchased in 19th April 2012. On 4th July, 2012, the refrigerator stopped working and I booked a complaint with Whirlpool customer care. The complaint was registered and one service technician was assigned. After three days on Sunday 7th July, attended the service call at our house and after assessment, gave diagnosis that compressor is not working and to be replaced. As per his statement compressor is not in our stock, will be available after two-three days. Continues i am following up your customer care but outcome is zero. One service engineer came & said that weather is not appropriate for replacing of compressor. He just made us fool. This episode has caused me and my family member’s immense stress.
