Delivered defective refrigerator from QRS

I have bought a Whirlpool ‘Master Mind 250 Deluxe 5 star 12276 (DUET MEROON)’ refrigerator on May 2011 from QRS Trivandrum.
It got delivered on 22nd May 2011 and from the beginning it had problems. It was not cooling, refrigerator door was not closing properly and the chiller tray below freezer compartment was broken.
Service technician (Mr. Vishnu) visited on 26th May 2011 and changed 2 parts and the refrigerator started cooling. He took the request to change the door and chiller but till date it is not replaced.
It’s been three months and no one really responds to my call properly and assures each time that they will call back which never happened.
Please resolve this issue immediately or take back this defective refrigerator and give my money back so that I can buy a GOOD BRAND refrigerator.
