[Resolved]  Whirlpool Refrigerator — Front Door color discolor

I have purchased Refrigerator from Serampore Shop on May 2009 but the front door of Refrigerator color has been discolored and I have already told to where I have purchased but still now no resolution done I have also booked a docket (KL[protected]) but due to poor service still now I have waiting for your response.
Already following up with wirlpool help desk but no revert communication mail attached.
