[Resolved] Whirlpool Refrigerators — whirlpool refrigerator is not working and poor service | |
Hello, I buy a new whirlpool refrigerator in coimbatore in march 2009. This whirlpool refrigerator has a problem that it stucks the compressor. This problem happened 5 times so far. I have called for the service and they have done some thing and the problem is occuring frequently. But for the past 3 days I am calling for the service, but there is no response. All the customer care number[protected] is always busy. The voice message say to send message WPL to 58558, this is also useless. This send a reply that the service is temp outoff order. I have also requested the higher official phone numbers, but the customercare persons are not giving the phone numbers. Now I am ashame of getting the product from whirlpool. Whirlpool — refrigerators door is not properly closed

I bought brand new whirlpool refrigerator (model no.12921of 240 DLX PROTTON model)with the s. no.INA[protected] from AGRA RADIO,Madiya katra,Agra on dated 2nd of april 2012 .
From the day one of delivery we are facing a problem with the 3rd door of the same which is unable to close properly as i have also book the complaint on customer care no. with the satisfaction code:014 and the same complaint was assigned to Mr.Narendra Singh(technician of company).
on dated 8th of april 2012 he has came to us and said that he will come on the next day with his equipment but he didn't and i have got a message from company that our complaint has been closed.
So please do the needful and replace our refrigerator as i have not satisfied with this company and service that they were provided to us.

We think that service is very poor and the fridge is not be purchased in future where ever our requirement about 3 fridges are more for our office &
Factory.
About 10 days back we lodged complaint and the jitander visited us at 8 pm and said the two parts are required which will be available only tfter 3 days
just imagine how the persons can live without fridge .The Fridge JB 433647 ff 450.Model no. we request you to kindly arrange better services as big name is involved Whirl pole.

Whirlpool Refrigerators — Refrigerator door not closing properly causing loss of coolness
I've purchased Whirlpool refrigerators on 13th March 2010 . within month i found that, its door is not closing properly causing loss of internal coolness, i lodged a complaint to shopkeeper. since then their technician visiting to my home properly but unable to solve the problem. almost a year has been passed, i afraid one year warranty period will void on 13th march 2011 but my problem will remain same.Please help me regarding my problem.
