[Resolved]  Whirlpool - Washing Machine — Want to know the rules &charges for replacement of the piece

Dear Sir,
I purchased a washing machine in August 2007. There was a manufacturing defect, so I have sent it for the replacement. Suppose the model of my machine is ceased to be produced, may I know what should the company do? Suppose the company decides to give the another model, should I pay more for that? How much? Does the company give the another one piece at MRP? Can the company charge more? Or I have to simply give the difference of the previous bil amount and the MRP of the new model. Can company take fret charge or depreciation though the machine in in the warranty period? I am really confused. I want to know the rules for the replacement.
