Dear Sir,

I wish to complaint regart to the servie provided by the Whirlpool company(Chennai). from 10 days my washing machine is not working and i am facing lot of problem and i have called them many time in this no : 04426680008 no action take till date and no one is responding as well. I have taken AMC(Annual Maintance Contract) on extra cost and still no response i get till date.

Can you please take any action to solve this issue.

dear sir
i had take a washing machin of whirlpool WM PRO 700H on dated 18th march 2010 but it not work properly till first day i had complained a lots of time but there is no responce till today and our complained are closed every time without informing us and without any solving my problems
now tell me what i do
last complained no is 098 which is recorded on 7th march 2011 but there is no any responce till today we had complained at dealer also but he also not take any action regarding that i had purchase it from NAYAR ELECTRONIC WORLDS RU-376 PITAM PURA
now tell what i do i am very tensed i had purchase a machin which remove my tenson but now it become my tenson.

I bought a washing machine whirlpool about 2 years ago, recently I have bought extebded warrantty with them, after we bought warranty the motor has gone bad, now when I file a complaint with whirlpool about 22 days ago, even now the issue was not resolved they say the same answer everyday is the motor will arrive within 2 days"

Such worst service I ever faced............do not buy whirlpool.
