Poor service & psare part availability
I have a Whirlpool Sensation Neo Front Loading washing machine for last 3 years. Last week all of a sudden the spinning operation is not taking place. After loding complaint on Monday 18th (Complaint Number – 1010007126) , the service representative from M/s Shree Enterprises visited us the same evening. After inspection he concluded that the Drain Filter is broken & needs replacement. The said part was not available in their (Service centre) store & indent has been raised on Pune Branch office.
Thereafter I contacted Pune branch office to check the availability of part, which they said 1 week, as the part is not in Pune stores & needs to be procured from Pondichery office.
As the machine is non usable, I wanted to talk to the head of branch, Mr. Rajesh Varma to expediate the things. Whenever I call the Pune bracnch, neither I am connected to Mr. Varma, nor him mobile number is shared. Every time I got a promise that Mr. Rajesh Varma will call me. I suppose Mr. Varma to be too busy in other activities since last 10 days that he is not finding time to call me.
I had also called the helpline again to get the status; again I was told somebody will call me, nobody still has done so.
After One week, on 25th to my surprise (I don’t Know, whether I should be expecting more surprises than this) I am told that today the photograph of the part would be sent to Pondichery office! Wow! The company doe not seem to have any spar party catalogue/ part numbers system. Only god Knows how do they make & servive the products
Yesterday, 28th I am told that the part would need another one week to arrive. Again since 18th to 29th, nobody from Whirlppol has the courtesy to call or mail me.
Can Anybody suggest the further cource of action for me?
