Purchased Whirlpool Washing Machine(Model 650D, No.11578, Serial-INF 093400930) on 20.09.2009.About 15 days back from now we noticed the Cover Plate is loose & abnormal sound coming from within machine.We contacted Whirlpool Service Centre, their technician came on 17.05.2010 & told that the Counter Weight is broken & Cover Plate pasting got loose. It's very unlike that a new washing machine cannot run smoothly for at least one year. I have a fair doubt that the said machine is defective. I therefore request you to Replace this Defective Machine immediately with a 'New One' of the same 'Make' & 'Capacity'.
