I am a Blind person ageing 58 years. In September 2012 my washing machine stopped functioning so I lodged complain in the call centre of the company. Then engineer came and told to replace a particular part. However my washing machine was not repaired for 20 days inspite of repeated reminders. Then we personally approached Mr Mitesh Patel, the manager of Digitronics Services (the service station) situated at 6, 1st floor, Camps Corner-2, Nr. Bikanerwala, Prahladnagar garden cross road, Satellite, Ahmedabad-380015. Instead of cooperating he roughly talked with us and told that 'I cant give gaurantee to you that your washing machine will be repaired, you can do whatever you can do'. Then we informed to HO about this. Since than uptill now, sometimes their different engineers tried to repair the machine. But on every visit they told that some parts will have to be replaced, those are not given to them by Mitesh Patel. On 06/01/2013 we once again lodged complain (complain no-AH[protected]) but till today my washing machine is not repaired and dead.
Hence I humbly request you to try to get my washing machine well repaired immediately or get replaced my washing machine against another one. I also request you for compensation for me for washing charges, visit charges, call charges and compensation for our mental upset.

proton refrigerator — it is dead
I HAVE PURCHASED NEW REFRIGERATOR ON 15TH APRIL 2010 IT IS DEAD. COMPLAINT GIVEN VIDE NO.M-[protected] TO DAY @ 9.40 A.M. WE HAVE TOLD SOME ENGINEER WILL BE CALLING WITIN 2 HOURS IT IS NOW 4..19 P.M. NONE OF THE PERSON CALLED. ON ENQUIERY BY ME I HAVE TOLD SOME ENGINNER NAME BIPIN SAHU LIKELY TO ATTEND THE SAME. IT IS SHOCKING IN SPAN OF 1 1/2 MONTHS REFRIGERATOR BECOME DEAD.
