Wi5 — No service

Hi ,

This is Venkatesh M from Medavakkam, chennai. I was using the network Wi5. Since it is prepaid network I paid advance amount of 2800.
Which is valid from Apr 2013 to Jun 2013. It worked properly for 15 days, after that i did not get any network connection from them.
I called the call center number, there is no proper response from them. Even I contacted the wi5 team which is there in medavakkam but still
no effort was taken from them. I asked for repayement of my money but there is no respose for that.
