SUB: NOTICE BEFORE FILING CONSUMER COMPLAINT
Dear Sir,
I have purchased one shirt from willslifestyle cosmos mall siliguri on 4/11/2010 time 17.37 invoice no[protected] .
I wore that shirt only once after one was wash the shirt black string bubbling out from different part of the shirts.
I contacted siliguri branch with the shirt in the month of December they told me that they will send for quality check and call me after 15 days .i didn’t receive the call so went again to store to find out , they told sir the shirt is rejected in quality check, as you have not read the instruction of washing. He showed me a very small label inside the shirt dry clean. I told them you didn’t tell me while selling, they agreed and told me they will again send for quality check and call me as soon as it arrives, again no call from their side again visited their store on 18th February they have no answer to my question . I told them to show the dispatch slip they told we don’t send shirt we contact through email, I think they didn’t send the shirt again for quality check. Again after their assurance I purchased two shirts invoice no[protected] on 18th feb , (at the time of sale I picked from the fresh stock). They told me that the manager is on leave and he will arrive in three days , he will take his permission and change my shirt, and call me after confirmation. I didn’t receive any call so visited again their store on 16 th march , they have no answer to my query , he told me manager is on leave , so I busted out after so much trouble , he told me that he will talk to him over phone and call me the same day. Luckily I received the first call and I was told that the manager have said no.
This is a notice to notify you of a time period of 7-15 days from[protected], refund of full amount with 10% interest. Else we will file a consumer complaint. And the consumer complaint will be at your cost and expenses, and we will seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to our deficiency in services

Wills Lifestyle — unhygenic practice
I requested for a glass of water and they served me with a glass which had lipstick marks on it .I was shocked by their lack of concern for hygene. I asked to speak with the store manager(he was a sikh gentlelmen, i did not note down his name) this young man informed me that the glasses were cleaned with only water as they did not have soap.on one hand the stores sell expensive clothes but when it comes to a simple thing like water they can't afford soap/disposable glasses.don't they realise that this practise can spread infection.These days even a low price tent house uses disposable glasses.shame on wills lifestyle.
