Windshield Experts — Car Top Head Bidding

I have recently get the front mirror changed from Windshield, Kingsway Camp 1 month back. After getting my car back for the work done, what I notice was that the bidding of top of one side is not there. I complained them, and even that bidding was there in the photograph(since it was insurance case), they reluctant to agree on it. Too strange that that even after clear proof these companies have no checking and action taken after such cheap nuisance.
