[Resolved]  Wipro BPO, Kolkata — Final Settlement

My Name is Kaushik Ganguly. I have worked with Wipro Bpo, Kolkata for 3 months i.e; from 27th March '09 to 25th June '09. My Emp. ID was "563057". Company told me to submit resignation so that I can get the relieving letter and settlement money from the Company and they asked me to submit the resignation online in their software named "ORBIT". I did same but they didn't provide me any proof of my resignation. I havn't got my relieving letter from WIPRO yet. I have tried many times by calling my Trainer but that didn't work.
