[Resolved] Wipro — registration Failed error coming from last 2 months after change the sim | |||
Dear sir/mam, my name is premal khamar my cell no. is [protected] I show 10 to 15 times on my cell phone screen that "sim card registration failed" also i have replace my card last month but there is a same issue. Also i have change my handset but teher is a no problem solved. Now i tell you my second problem that is contact saving problem on my card. no one contact into my card. if i move contact from phone to sim card then it will automatically exit. for this problem i have also change my handset but there is not a resolved my problem. if i insert other (company) card then no problem to save any contact. it will work nice also inform me when start your new service of mobile portability ? please solve my both problem as soon as posible. from last 6 months this both problem is occured so please do need full for that i have replace card 4 to 5 times from last 4 months but many many issue... i m very tired to call you on your custumercare. he always ask me that your problem will be resolved within 72 HOUR. but your 72 hour is not coming from last 6 months if you or airtel server & engineer & company is not capable to resolved my problem then surely tell me i will change my lucky airtel number Reply me on [protected] or [protected]@gmail.com Thanks & Regards Premal Khamar Was this information helpful? | |||
