we had surrendered the BSES connection CA#[protected] installed at 239 Okhla Phase III.

we have submitted some security amount to BSES at the time of installation. to refund the security amount we are following with your team but they are not responding.

pl find attached mail and list of submitted document which required by you to process the refund security amount

In your team we are following with Mr. Sanjay but he is not updating the security amount in the system so that billing team can transfer the amount

kindly you to requested pl do needful or suggest me if any clarification required from our hand
