Pf not received

Hi team,
Name: Mayura Kishor Savant
Emp Id: 50417
DOJ : 27 March 2001
I was transfered to NTrance on 16 August 2004


I got a reply that my PF (number is MH/43037/1866) application was rejected due to name differ and i have to fill a new form again.

I did go to WNS office at weikfield, however i was not allowed inside as i did not know any person from HR to whom i should meet. Hence I would request you to tell me the concern person to whom i should meet and handover the filled PF form and the contact number.
