[Resolved]  Wonder Wheels 9 Bosch Car Service Centre) — NON PAYMENT OF SALARY

I joined WONDER WHEELS(BOSCH CAR SERVICE CENTRE) as MANAGER FROM[protected].I joined with a salary of Rs. 40,000/-per month.I was not given any appointment letter, it was totally verbal.In the month og january2010 I asked for the salary and after a long time was given 2 cheques of Rs.20000/- each(post dated).I presented d first cheque on[protected], but it bounced.then I represented it on 4th feb.2010 and the other on 9th feb.2010 and were cleared.

In the month of january I worked upto 25th January and they told me not to continue from then on,without giving me any kind of notice and without giving any reason or anything.I had no other option butthe thing is that despite my so many requests through phone and several visits to their office thay are not paying mu dues.please help me in recovering my dues.(PH.
