[Resolved]  Wonder Wheels (Bosch Car Service) — NON PAYMENT OF SALARY AND TERMINATION OF JOB WITHOUT NOTICE

I had lodged the complaint yesterday and by mistake the ph. no. of MR>.AMIT AHUJA was typed wrong I have rectitified the number.
I joined M/S. WONDER WHEELS(BOSCH CAR SERVICE), situated at D-179 SECTOR-10, NOIDA, U.P. , from[protected] with a salary of Rs.40000/- per month as MANAGER.It was all verbal and they did not give me any appoinment letter but kept on telling that i wud b given in aday or two.In Jan.2010 I was given 2 cheques for Rs.20000/- each and told to wait until told to be deposited.On the 25th of january I my job was terminated without giving me any reason and notice.I had no option and requested them to clear my dues.On[protected] I presented 1st cheque oy Rs.20000/- which bounced due to insufficient balance in ther account.I again presented it on[protected] and the second cheque on[protected].both were cleared.

since then onwards I have made innumerable requests through phones and have made so many visits to the office, to get my salary for the month of Jan.2010 but all in vain.The service centre is being run by MR. AMIT AHUJA (UNOFFICIALLY--as HE IS A GOVT. EMPLOYEE WORKING FOR L.I.C.OF INDIA) in the name of his wife.I request you to help me in getting my dues cleared .(PH. NO. OF MR.
