I Royston Araujo, am currently am doing my MBA. I am forced to write this mail to bring to your kind attention the deplorable customer service that I experienced at one of your Woodland Stores located at Spencers Plaza, Chennai.

Well what I am learning in the textbooks that well known brands like Woodland are known for their customer pampering skills, was proved totally wrong in this instance.

On 3rd September, I had gone to the Woodland Store Located in Spencers Plaza at around 8.45 pm. First of all the Air conditioning unit were already switched off and it was so hot in the store that I could see the customers sweating trying to choose their choice of shoes. What was even more deplorable was the attitude of the salesperson.

I had liked one pair and asked the salesperson to show me my correct size of that pair. After checking the salesperson told me that they did not have the size of the pair I wanted. Since I had really liked that pair I asked the salesperson to call up the Woodland stores at Cathedral road and inquire if they had the particular size. After refusing to do so on the first instant, the salesperson on my persistence agreed to call up the Woodland Stores at Cathedral Road, Chennai and inquire. The salesperson after speaking on the telephone told me very coldly that the other woodland stores also did not have that size and added that the company had stopped making that particular model of the shoe. Annoyed I walked out of the store.

Since the Woodland Store on Cathedral Road was on my way home, I decided to just go and inquire about that model. What I really appreciate is that the ambience and the store personnel at this outlet were excellent. I inquired about that particular model of shoe and if thy had my size. The store personnel immediately came with my size of the model i wanted and I was a happy customer. On asking the manager of the store If he had got a call from the Woodland Store in Spencers store inquiring about the size of the model i wanted, he replied saying he had not got any such call.

Now my humble question to you Sir, is Who did the salesperson from the Woodland stores at Spencers Plaza actually call up? Why did he wrongly inform me that the Woodland Store on Cathedral road did not have that model?

I have always been a customer of Woodland Shoes for the past many years, but this incident has made me loose my confidence in your brand. I have also spoken to my friends about this incident. We all feel that such incidents should be avoided at any cost.

    I purchased Woodland shoe from your outlets in Lower Parel Mumbai (Phoneix Mills) and the shoe leather went dull within a day and I given to your outlet for replacement but they the Shop incharge Mr. Azeem Shaikh told me that we will set right the shoe and give me back within 4 or 5 working days but I have not got the call from the Azeem for last one month, later yesterday I called him asking what happen to shoes but he told me that he will check and let me know the status. He called me yesterday night (11th Sep 2008) to collect the shoe. Today (12th Sep 2008) afternoon I gone to the shop to collect but the shoe but still the leather is dull no improvement. Mr.Azeem shaikh requested me to write a mail to woodland worldwide so that they will send a mail to him so that Azeem shaikh will be in a position to give replacement.

      I had purchased Woodland Shoe of size 10 from Mumbai Shoes, U.B Road, Berhampur, Ganjam, Orissa[protected] on 03/11/2007 by paying Rs. 2395/- with 10% discount. But within 3 months the sole started removing and repaired by the shopkeeper. Once again after another 3 months the other sole started coming out and at last the sole started breaking by a deep crack.

      When i visited to the shopkeeper, he refused me to exchange with the company and told me that it can only be repaired and can't be returned to the company. During purshase of the shoe One Yr Waranty had been given and assured me if any defects come then it can be returned to the company, but it's meaning less. So I'm planning to go for counsumer court as being harassed by the shoe vendor as well as bad product of the company.

        I have purchased a pair of shoes from Woodland Store, AERO CLUB Woodland Store #17, New BEL Road, Bangalore on 3rd Aug. 2008 vide their bill No.4242 for Rs.2, 195.00. The model No. of the item is G 4085 Camel 43, Gray, size 44. on 10th while removing the shoe from my right leg, the stiching on the upper broke and came loose. I returned the item to the supplier for replacement and he refused to do so stating that once sold items can only be repaired even if it fails withing few days due to manufacturing defects.

        Woodland shoes shop — woodland shoes broken

        I bought black shoes from woodland store, aero club 5-8/527 and 527/2,abid road-2 Hydrabad on date-9 feb.2010.bill no-6447.within one month i saw soules of these shoes were going to broken.           WOODLAND — Sole problem

          I purchased a Wookland shoe believing that the sole are tough and made for trekking. I used it for 6 months and now sole is broken now. When I took it to show room, they are charging me for service as the warrantee is only for 90 days. I paid 2500+ rs for the shoe. I feel even a footpath show sole will not break in 90 days. How can such a big company give only 90 days warrantee for such an expensive shoe.

          WOODLAND — about some problem

          I purchase woodland shoe ,art no R1Gc0232106A-camel brown color i t cost2170 , that shoe is manifature defect in that , and also wen i wear that m getting pain in my leg but i dont know why it happens so pl solve my problem

            I had purchased a pair of shoes worth 1495/- just after two days use the leather started pilling off so I returned to the Panjim showroom with the shoes but unfortunately there was no curtacy also to attend to my problem & just said will see what company has to say & Plus the sales boy is saying our company gives only three months warranty this is something very fake. I must say ordinary shoes lasts better then the woodland shoes they have only the name but quality has vanished.

            WOODLAND — Quality Complaints

            I have purchased one pair of footwear (Article No. GC 0317106) from Woodland showroom at Mall Road, Ludhiana vide Bill No. 1382 dated 22.07.2008.

            To my utter surprise, the stitching of shoes have been damaged within 24 hours o[censored]sage while I was traveling. This led to a very awkward situation for me and I had to purchase a new pair of shoes instantly.

            I had surrendered the stitching damaged shoes to Woodland Ludhiana showroom for replacement on 21st August, 2008. But they have refused to replace the same.

            Since the quality of shoes supplied to me was of inferior quality, I am legally entitled for replacement of the same.

            I seek your help in getting replacement of the shoes.

            WOODLAND — bad quality shoes

            Hi,

            I had purchased a shoe for around Rs. 4000 approx and within 2 months the sole came out. I was highly dissapointed since after paying so much out of your pocekt u dont get good result. The customer care executive told me to return the shoe at any Woodland outlet and i followed accordingly.

            till date i havent received my repaired shor yet though they promised me that they will repair it withing 10 working days.

            I will never buy any product from Woodland nor will i recoomend it to anybody. Infact, i want my damaged shoe in a good condition or else i am going to file a case against them.

            WOODLAND — quality

            to, woodland i gifted dad a walker worth rs 1500 from woodland within 2 months it got faded n the colour of the walker ended up on my dads sole very sad to get such a product from woodland after complaining it to the shopkeeper he said he coulnt do anything about it,,hope company sees to it
            i gifted my dad woodland walkers of rs1500 to my disappointment the sole color was on my dad feet this was very disgusting hope i get a replaced pair

              I am Prasad Kamath and I felt the need to write this complaint because of the following reasons:
              I have bought a Woodland footwear from one of your factory Outlets on 30th June 2008 with its address as stated below.

              It was just within a week that I had problems with the stiching of the footware.It took a week for the owner to fix this problem.Again a month later I had the same problems with the stiches of the footware.Even this time, it took the owner a week to fix this problem.Today again I have problem with the sole which is about to depart from its position.

              I strongly believe that replacing my faulty pairs of footware would have been a permanent solution for the problem but the Owner of the outlet projected a very much reckless behaviour which was not expected from a reputed brand like WOODLAND
              I have preserved the cash receipt, which I feel is concrete proof of my authenticity

                i have woodland shoes which were very very comfortable good looking and sandy in color i have wore it more than 25 times shoes r ok but sole of one shoe has been separated i cant wear them local shopkeeper cant repair it i bought them in 2000 rupees i dont have any cash memo but shoes with me kindly do some thing mahavir singh sub divisional magistrate sagwara dungarpur rajasthan mobile no is [protected] thanks

                  this is to bring to your notice that i bought <Trecking shoes for Rs. 2250 approx..> < arcticle number G-40777 from <Connaught Place, inner circle> 6 months back. as mentioned the shoe has a warranty of 5 yrs. when such a thing is mentioned i believe the product must conform to its standards. but sadly the product has given a miserable performance till date. i got the sole replaced once as it got worn off, only a month after, i asked for the replacement but the shopkeeper dint listen. one could say that's a rarity. but yet again it came off. now this is something strange.
                  i believe that i have been cheated of my money because i was told that the product would give a outlasting performance. i m not sure whether getting the sole replaced again will suffice because already it has not. so i wish that either they return my money or either they replace my shoe with a better piece as this one might be defective

                    On 20.12.2007 I bought a pair of WOODLAND Shoe( model No. 40777) from a authorized Dealer of Woodland shoes, Shop Name: SPORTS IN STYLE, Adress: P161/1, V.I.P Road, Kolkata - 700054.VAT Number: [protected], Phone No. +[protected]. At the time of purchase the sales person of that shop did not tell about the shoe's 3 months gurrantee period, My shoe got damaged within 3 months from the date of purchase, only the sales person told me about it's 6 months warranty period. I took my shoe to that shop on 12th June 2008( Under waranty period) and they recieved the complaint & the shoes and they told that they will call after 10 Days, After 10 days they did not cal but I called Them they told me to call after another 10 days, then onwards I have repeatedly called them, each & every time they have told It has been dispatched to Delhi, we will get back to You soon, till date( 29th July, 2008) I haven't got my Shoes< I don't know whether it's Company's fault or the Shop's fault. Please do the needful & help me out, on 3rd of August I'm going to abroad I I need my shoes, Please...

                    Id bought a black shoe "SM 003Black 43 footware" (Rs 5000 odd) from one of your reatil stores in cochin during the month of may 08. after wearing ti a few times i found that it had some kind of imbalance.. where i was loosing/ tripping on my steps...

                    Sicne i dont have a show room close to tuticorin, i decided to give it back from where i purchased it.
                    gave it by end of August 08.. and explained the problem.. as well as i dont come often since im located far away.. and would most prob come once in a month or so plz rectify it..

                    they gave me a simple answer lets see, were not sure what we can do... and etc etc etc.. the courtesy never went through when u buy an expensive shoe and most importantly trusting the brand...

                    id gone there twice in the 9th month Sept 08.. frist time they said they are open but on sunday it was closed ( from alleppey to cochin only for this 70 km) .. then the next time ( from quilon to cochin only for this 160km) the shop was open, i tried out the shoes.. they did a soling inside and it was un bearably too tight and your legs dont fit inside coz the height is taken up by the soling.. and dont understand why they dont look at all these when they do some thing.. and all the more un practicle to travel all the way from quilon or alleppey to just pick up the shoes..

                    In the month of Oct / Nov 08 the shop courriered it and its still not reached...
                    the shop person is saying okay we will reduce the sole.. we will send it etc etc etc and out of the 1 yr of buying the shoe... shoe life will be 9 months by the shop keeper..

                    i wanted to mail in long time back itself.. but then dint find the right time to do so...
                    I hope there will be some effort from your side to solve this issue, beliveing in the brand and image of the company.
                    either pay me back, i can get another pair of shoes from other brands and need not waste time and money in making the 5000 bucks shoe a 10000 bucks shoe.

                      Dear Sir,
                      I purchased a woodland shoe from krishna footwears (at Saket Mall, by-pass Road, Agra) on 26-27 feb. 2008 of Rs. 1800/=
                      The sole of the above mentioned shoe spread out. I complained to storekeeper then he send my shoe to the factory on 19.06.08 for the removal of the complaint.

                      After one month I make a call to him then he told me that the company agreed to replace your shoe at the 20% depreciation cost. I want to know that it is the policy of your company for replacement.

                      If it is true, I request to you pls tell us why I bear 20% cost of the shoe when the defect becomes in just 4 months and there is no falt of mine. If not, then tell me the storekeeper misguide me on the behalf of Woodland. Pls. tell us about the proper solution of my complaint.

                        Yesterday, I stepped into the Woodland Store on New BEL Road, Bangalore since there was a Sale. I picked up a Ladies Tshirt under the category 'Flat 40% off' (Bill # 3372 dated 13/07/08 Article No.R1LSR 44 ASSR NA LADIES T SHIRT). The MRP for this product printed was Rs.595/- However, when this item was billed, I was asked to pay Rs.400/- When I told the cashier that it should be Rs.357/- (595 minus 40%), he told me that the cost was already reduced before printing the amount on the label and the original price of the item was Rs.668/- and he is charging 40% on this amount. This amount (Rs.668), he picked up from his computer system. When I argued with him that he should have displayed the factory price (original price of Rs.668) and also the Reduced amount of Rs.595/- and then put a banner saying the the flat 40% discount was on the Original price of Rs.668/-. This way the customers will be aware. In this case, there was neither any display on the label nor on the banner to this effect. The factory price, which the shop owner claimed was already reduced was nowhere printed saying that these items were already discounted before it landed into the store. Or, there should be a banner somewhere in the store saying the products have been discounted (mention the % of discount) before it is displayed on the shelf. The shopowner did not have any answer but said this is the Woodland practice. How can a company of your stature have such unethical practices? This is simply outright cheating. Since my daughter liked the tshirt very much, I did not want to disappoint her for a difference of Rs.162/- and ended up paying the amount. But I would like to get a justification from a competent authority of the Aero Club as to why they are taking the customer for a ride with false promises.

                        Let me ask you, if you were to go to a shop and buy an item with MRP Rs.500 with a discount of 20%, would you pay Rs.400/- or would you pay Rs.480/- if the shop owner says the original price was Rs.600 and 20% on 600 is 480 and, therefore, you are required to pay Rs.480/-. And you are totally unaware of the origal price the shopowner is referring to. Would you still pay Rs.480/-???? Isn't this amounting to cheating? This is the same case with your so claimed reputed store. They are taking the customers for a ride.

                        i hadbought a woodland t-shirt for 1100 bucks a few dayz ago n wn i washed it it lost all the colour in water n white patches appeared making it look ugly...i juss wanna know wt am i supposed to do...i treid to complain via phone also but i guess the toll free numbers are fake as they are switched off...i need to get replied on this quickly otherwise i will sue the store manager to the consumer court ...

                        not recived the product

                          while my relative purchase the same model from other store before 4 days at Rs. 1770, and their is no problem in his pair of shoes, while in my shoes the colour of one shoes has been changed within three days while the colour of the another shoes changed...
                          due to trust on the brand name of woodland...i purchase the shoe with trust..
                          but after expenses as much more as compared to other i m not still satisfied...please consider the mail... i complaint to the store but they replied unsatisfied answer...now i want satisfaction so company can replace my shoes or i want refund otherwise i will take an action and sending a copy to consumer forum against the store...kindly reply the mail...thank you...

                          This is anuj kaushik from delhi...i just want to add some more in this.I had also got a pair (model RIG 94105 Khaki44) from the same & just two days past my shoes stiches get opened. I went to the store to have a mind that the shoe should be replaced...but the attended give me the reciept by saying this that it'll be sent for repair to factory. On the reciept they had asked for a month to repair three or four stiches.Really strange...i had handover my shoes on 1/2/09 and ask them that when i can owned them. According to them they commited on 11/2/09 today is 14/2/09 ...and still m waiting for their response...

                          don't know how can woodland approach for furthure business from the same costumer...

                            This range of woodland (WOODS) which I bought is preety expensive and good. But after twenty days while using the shoes, I found stiching of the shoes is getting off and leather is getting pluffy from particular places in the shoes.

                            When i went to the store back, the store keeper advised me to get it repaired instead of replacing the shoes or something else. Where they have marked for three months warranty into their bills.

                            I want to ask this compony, if a customer is paying good enough for your product and you have a facility to provide warranty as well. Then why are you not providing good services and following the warranty policy of the compony.

                            after 10 days i found both soal of my shoes (model no - G 777 Black 39 Footwear)were pluging out / open out (where as i have a warrenty period of 6 months) and i move to them they added some adhesive and back to me.

                            I had bought a sandle from woodland store in my city in november last year. the buckle that sandle broke 2-3 times and I have got it replaced everytime. But I stay outside and how many times am I suppose to come back to my city just to get this buckle replaced. I am a student and have to wear it for a full day, how am I suppose to be extra carefull with it. Now I need a full repalcement of my sandle.

                            I had purchased Woodland shoe from Pune. The right foot shoe stiches came out in barely 11 months. Even after shelling out 2000+ rupees on this WOODLAND brand the quality received was far cheaper. I would never like to go for this brand again. Is there any way by which these compliants be forwarded to Company?
                            This is regarding that, my shoe is not been replaced from your store at Sarita vihar, Delhi.

                            I have purchased a pair of shoes from Woodland Shoes franchaisee M/s. Aero Club M.G.Road,Vijayawada, A.P. on 19 july 2009 vide their bill No.1202 for Rs.2, 395.00. The model No. of the item is G 52777 Khaki, size 41. On[protected] the sole of my left leg shoe is remoevd from bootom due to manufactured defictive by getting bubble in the sole.I returned the item to the supplier for replacement and he refused to do so stating that once sold items can only be repaired even if it fails withing few days due to manufacturing defects.

                            Paying almost 300% extra price we look forward to the company with quite a lot of expectations regarding customer service. Hope your forum will help innocent customers from treatments like this in future.

                            Aero Club (Woodland) Woodland store

                            and within a month I found soal of my shoes was pluging out. I spoke to Customer Care HOD Mr. Rajiv Sharma about the same. He asked me to submit the shoe to store. The manager was not available I showed to his assisant. THE WAY HE SPOKE TO ME WAS VERY HARSH !! (The WOOLAND GREETING TO THE CUSTOMER) But anyhow i told him that how it possible that soal will plug out within a month. I am spending Rs 2395/- including VAT. He replied that we are giving you discount on this. I asked him to give his manager's (ASM : Mr. Uamann) cell number, I tried him calling many times but he never turned back. Again I called to custmer care, now I spoke to Rajiv Sharma's assistant Mr. Sachin. I explained him about the PROBLEM what I am facing. He gave me the same answer to submit the shoe. I have submitted shoe on 03/12/2009 for replacement but still there is no response from anyone. This kind of treatment provokes me to suggest anyone not to buy WOODLAND products. "BRAND IS BIG BUT TREATMENT IS WORST"

                            After a few days o[censored]se its buckle was broken.They replaced the product after a delay of one month.But unfortunately the same was repeated with the replaced one within a week.I have again given the product to the woodland outlet for service.Now it has been a month and there is no response from the company till now.

                            There was a cut mark on the strap. When I saw that, I discussed the issue with owner of the shop . He sent my footwear for repairing in woodland . I got reply from that side , its not manufacturing fault and we are not responsible for the same. you can buy another pair . You will loss 30% cost of the @2445 Rs.

                            its not the solution of my problem. Why should I loss 30% cost. I am looking for great help from you. I am very great full to you if you will be able to do something for me. Please advice what should I do ?

                            I bought woodland shoes worth Rs 2595/- on 1 August 2010 at Rs 1945/-(after discount) from Karol Bagh showroom (Address: Aero Club, Woodland Store, 17/40 W.E.A Main ajmal Khan Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi. Tele:[protected] The shoes (Article No: GC 0135105, Colour: Green) i got were defective which i came to know when i wore it. The piece i tried was replaced by some other defective shoes. I was given a one year guarantee and lifetime warranty . My shoes were to be replaced by a new pair if any defect occur during the first year of purchase. I gave my shoes at the showroom for replacement on 29 August 2010. The replacement was not made for a month. When i went at the showroom, i was told the shoes are replaced and i can go and select any pair of shoe worth Rs 1945/-. In terms of "REPLACEMENT" they gave me a money value of Rs 1945/-. I can select any shoes from the stock they had. If the price of those shoes is higher than Rs 1945/-, i will have to bear the extra cost. The company is not replacing the same shoe with another as the current price of the article i bought is around Rs 2900/-. When i asked to give me the same article, they asked me to pay additional charges of Rs 900. I want the same shoe with no extra cost.

                            I had purchased a shoe from Woodland for 1298 Rs.on the 17th of January.

                            I wore it just once on Easter day and the heel broke..
                            I took it to be repaired to the Mulund showroom and after getting it repaired, I wore it next to an interview and just before reacing the office, t broke.


                            Till date I worn the shoe just twice and both the times it was the worst experience..

                            The next time I took it, the store promosed me a replacement.


                            They delayed the replacement, asking me for several details.And finally said ast Friday, that they are going to give me a replacement of 700 some rupees shoes because I had paid 700 Rs. for the original shoe, which was incorrect.(I had paid 1298 Rs) I then was sent to the Thane showroom, where teh employee mentioned that now the price of the same shoe was reduced to 700 Rs. because of the complaints they had received. Because of that they were giving me the value pf 700 Rs.


                            THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE>

                            First of all, Ive had several trips back and forth. From Vikhroli to Mulund.. Then Mulund to Thane.. Several times... So much of time and money wastage..

                            Secondly the torture Ive had with the shoe.. I dont want to purchase anything again from Woodland and I will tell every person about all the problems Ive faced with the shoe and with this resolution...


                            I want either all the money I paid back along with a compensation of the time and money spent for moving from Vikhroli to Mulund and Thane every now and then or a replacement of the same amount I paid..1298 Rs.. with the compensation.


                            I dont want even the same shoe now, because I know its going to give me the same problems Ive had with it.. and thats why youll have reduced its price..

                            I had purchased Woodland shoes from retailers at Madly Road, T Nagar, Chennai during Sept'2009. The sole of the shoe has cracked within a year. On the same day i purchased another my favourite brand woodland sandles. After the repair I did not use the shoes for few days. When i started using it I got pain in my foot and it damaged my toes. I got it operated by a surgeon. Once again I started using the shoes and started feeling the pain again.The repair work done by the shop keeper was not correct. I informed him and asked for proper repair or replacement. He is not obliging. I have the relevant bills. I have no other go except approaching consumer court. Anyway before that I just want to inform the company. If company can do something in this regard i will be extremely happy.

                            I recently bought Woodland Sandal with following details

                            After using it for 2 days the velcro strap at its back got removed because of shabby stitching. The main reason for the strap getting removed was velcro stitching not done on 1 of its end.
                            I compared the same model o[censored]rs with different colour (here light grey), in this other model stitching was well done at its periphery. I failed to understand why there is difference in ur same models.

                            I am really frustrated with this kind of work and completely pissed off.
                            I have had woodland brands earlier but such difference in standards I have not observed.
                            I suppose this is shear negligence from woodland brand.
                            I got my back strap replaced but again with same kind.
                            I complained about the same thing, even though they agree but are not willing to replace the sandal with "Good Work" wala model.

                            As I had brought a woodland shoe from the retailer, after two months the soul of the shoe got separated then I give it back to retailer for the replacement but he isnt accepting it and telling that woodland shoe has no warrenty.Now please give suggesstions.
                            I purchased a Khaki shoe size 43 from Aeroclub Woodland Shoes ( 93 /1, ITPL main Road, Marathhalli, Bangalore - 560037, Karnataka, India . Ph : [protected], [protected] ) 2 months back ( Dont remember the exact date as the bill was taken back and i was given a repair slip )

                            Detected a manufaturing defect within 20 days o[censored]sage and gave it back. The store manager said we will send it to Delhi office and they will take a call if it has to be repaired or replaced.

                            My CCF # 107, Artical No. GC407107A . The date of delivery had been promised as 30th November 2012. When i gave a call 2 weeks before they assured it would be given this week or within the date of delivery.

                            Now when i ask they say its not yet repaired. The staff is irresponsible, the store manager is always absent. Funny part is they still say it takes not more than 15 days. I am doubting that they still havent sent my shoe for repair itself and are making me wait for their delay. I still do not have a shoe to wear! And no answer to when i will receive my shoe. They are failing to even commit a tentative date. What kind of service is Woodland giving. You are just losing loyal customers who believe in not just your brand but service as well.

                            i bought #GC 507108 yeter day. . . i want to kno what is the warrenty of my shoes. . i called over 50 times they dint respond to my call!!!!
                            i had purchased a chappel with straps one year back.to my surprise i found out that the sole has completely given away.i want to know can i send these chappels to their r&d center so that the problem can be investigated and solution found.i do not want any replacement but their claim of burrying shoes in snow and finding shoe in tact seems fiction.

I submitted product twice, shopkeeper accepted that product is defected so he send it to Delhi repair department. Repair depart committed that they are going to change its shoue tongue but they return without replace again i am suffering fro the same problem.

                            I have purchased a brand new pair sandels of woodland from M/s. Woodland store, Thane in the month of October 2013. Purchase details you can confirm by Telephone No.
                            I wore this sandal and went out side the home, with in an hour I found the left side sandal buckle coming out. During investigation it was observed that Sandal buckle was found damaged. I requested the Store Manager (Mr.Mishra) if possible give me replacement, he said no it is not possible we will repair it. I said fine no problem. When we (Myself and Bother) went to collect this sandal on November03, 2013, we observed the repairing was not done properly. We showed it to the Store manager (Mr.Mishra), but he was not ready to listen the complaint. His behavior was also not good, he shouted as if he is the owner of the company. I believe that the owner also will not talk to the customers so rudely. Finally he said since this is the Diwali season, please use and check the performance.
                            I tried to use this sandal but again the same problem was observed. So on November 17, 2013 again I went to give this sandal for repairing. I explained him (Mr.Mishra) you walk on road for 15 minutes then you will come to know the problem. Instead of that he wore this sandal and took the trial in the shop, and told me that there is no problem. Again I requested him you will not come to know when you are taking a trial in the shop, instead take a trial in the market. After lot of arguments he took sandal for repair (refer Repair Slip No.:372/THN/13)
                            He was unnecessarily arguing with me like a mad man. He doesn’t know How to talk with a Customer. He was talking with us as if I am a Road Romeo. Please note last 10 years I am using wooodland shoes and sandals. This experience was very horrible. I was not expecting such type of reply from Woodland Show room. I am totally disturbed due to such an experience. I am staying at Vikhroli, 20 kms away from Thane Showroom then too as and when I am visiting the shop, going by car and paying Toll Rs.60 (To and Fro)
                            I have decided henceforth not to use Woodland products and the same message I will pass to my friends and relatives.
                            I need complete investigation within this week otherwise I am going to launch a complaint in Consumer court if required I will publish this episode in the News Paper.

                            PS: As mentioned above please investigate in week time. And request to you is please deliver my Sandal at my residence or if you want me to collect from show room then I will collect my sandal in his (Mr.Mishra’s) absence because I don’t want to see his face.

                              I would like to inform you that sole of my shoes get turned within one month.when i went to showroom and asked for replacement on date 04 june 2008 they told me that it is not replaceable and has to be sent to workshop for repairing.
                              If someone is paying money for goods it should be worth enough now for me woodland is worst company which can not be trusted any more.

                                i bought a white colour high heels sandals from the woodland store in Dev Arch Mall in Ahmedabad city, there was some minor defect in the sandal, so i went to the store, but the salesman tried so hard to remove the stain that the white leather skin came out, now it has no charm,

                                if i spend on woodland shoes, i expect some good quality in return, becus i m the regular customer of woodland n this is the first time i had to go to the store with a complain, till date since 6 yrs i m using woodland shoes i had never ever had a complain, my brother n i we both use the woodland shoes n we both enjoy wearing it...

                                so its a request that u take the matter into consideration n do the needful.

                                i want that the matter shud be taken in to consideration fast, since one month i m visiting the store with a request but i think i m getting a deaf hear to my complaint.

                                  I had filed a complaint last week regarding a pair of shoes which I had bought a week back and it started giving problems. The Lace Loop started to come off after wearing the shoes just for 5 mins. I had got it repaired from the store where I bought it from twice and again today it gave me the same problem again. I am tired of this now and now I am cursing my self for going for a third rate company like woodland to buy a pair of shoes. This is the first time I am trying woodland leaving other very good branded companies who are prompt with their product and have excellent customer service. Woodland has been a worse experience, both quality as well as for service. Just in two weeks the product is damaged and no one is able to correct it.I have decided to get it repaired from a road side cobbler and i think thats how the quality of a woodland shoe should be treated..LOCAL and CHEAP

                                    I purchased the woodlands shoe bearing the[protected] on the the tongue of the shoe from the fresh arrival stock at Kolkata woodland showroom at Esplande opp New Market (Aero Club) on 16th Feb 08 paying Rs 2765 for the same and paid by my HDFC debit card (ref no.291033). Today that is 10th April almost all the rivets of lace holder in the shoes ar coming out and so is the lace holder and all the lace holder which are coming out of the shoe rivetting end are brokien and cannot even be fixed.

                                    I need a solution for the same as its virtually impossible to wear a shoe without the laces.

                                    The metal lace holes are riveted very weakly in some of the other models too.
                                    Looks like they concentrated on good looks rather than functionality.
                                    Woodland is a overpriced overhyped brand need some good consumer class action. Even my shoes are coming out out metal rivets within one month of purchase.

The model No. of the item is GC 0033A Black, size 44. Yesterday (8th) while removing the shoe from my left leg, the stiching on the upper broke and came loose. I returned the item to the supplier for replacement and he refused to do so stating that once sold items can only be repaired even if it fails withing few days due to manufacturing defects.

                                      Paying almost 300% extra price we look forward to the company with quite a lot of expectations regarding customer service. Hope your forum will help innocent customers from treatments like this in future.

                                      Woodland Shoes — Shoes not received back after 2 months sent for sole replacement.

                                      I have sent shoes for sole replacement on 25/07/2007. Till time, I have not received shoes back.

                                      I had purchased shoes from Lovely stores, Naupada, Thane on 05/05/2006. Within 1 year, sole got damaged. So, shoes were sent through Lovely stores.

                                      Reason for not getting shoes back is not availablity of soles at Woodland factory.

                                      Last year I purchased a pair of Woodland shoes worth Rs 2095/- from Lajpat Nagar Showroom, N.Delhi, assuming that Woodland shoes are long lasting ( and they claim also), but withing a Year it got damaged, though I softly used it ( as I don't walk too much...thankx to office cabs, and work only 5 5 days in a week).

                                      Now I'm really worried after reading PARAG MHATRE's experience. I think woodlnad is making fool the consumers.

                                      Woodland Shoes — Sole getting removed within a month of purchase

                                      I have got a woodland shoe from AERO CLUB banshankari bangalore.
                                      Within a month the sole is getting detached from the shoe.

                                      What should I do in this regard. Its really pain when u pay 1800Rs and the sole of the shoe is getting removed within a month.

                                      I want this pair of shoe to be exchanged with a new one as I dont trust that after repairing this will work fine.

Instead of replacing the shoe or refunding the amount, your sales person has taken the shoes for repair and promised that this defect will not re-occur and if it re-occurs he would replace the shoe. But to my surprise what ever was promised to me did not happen. While collecting the shoes after repair I had also pointed out that the shoes repair was not satisfactory and that it would not solve the problem. Instead the sole of the shoes again started same problem. This has happened within a month after I collected the shoes after repair. I again approached your Sales outlet but I did not get any kind of positive response from your sales personnel. Now I am being told that the particular sales in-charge is not available. The history of my shoes purchase and repair and also my several visits to your sales outlet is known to almost all the sales personnel. The attitude of your sales personnel towards a customer and my several visits to your shop has forced me now to claim a refund on this shoe. I may not be able to compromise on anything less than a refund of the full purchase amount or replacement with a new shoe.
                                      I expected a much higher level of service from a company like Woodland, and I am quite disappointed. Because I do not want to spend any more time on this problem, I request you to resolve this issue within a week of receiving this letter by refunding the amount of Rs.1600/- in full or replacement with a new shoe.                                       I have purchased a pair of Woodland Shoe from Ambay Kripa Trading Pvt.Ltd. franchisee Of Woodland Shoe in Jaipur on 08.01.08 of Rs.2195 located at M.I.Road Jaipur (Raj) Product code GC54113113. Just after three month sole of both the shoe cracked down from same position. I was in tour of Muscat that time so i couldn't registered complaint i came back on 20th june 08, i went to the shopkeeper on 23.06.08requested him to change the shoe he refused my requested by saying that there is no guarantee on your shoe and said we will change the sole and he said i will call u after 15 days my CF no. is 28 dated 23.06.08. till date he didn' called me .today i called him and asked about the status of my complaint i clearly told him that i will not accept the same shoe. As i m not satisfied with your service i am going to register a complaint against your company. Hope to here from you very soon.

                                      THE PERSON AT AGRA ACCEPTED THAT THE PACKET WAS RETURNED BY MISTAKE OF THEIR EMPLOYEE.
                                      I WANT THAT PACKET TO BE DELIVERED WITHOUT BEING CHARGED THE RETURN CHARGES AS IT WAS NOT MY FAULT.

                                      I buyed woodland shoes from shop no 2/12 atur park, chembur.dated 10.08.2008. Article no.GC0418107. cash memo no:2222.of Rs.2795/=.Only 3 months passed but i have not used them in monsoon period.i have used it only 4 times.but its sole is halfly seperated from the shoe. i informed the shopkeeper today evening and he told me that he will repair and give me but i don't want the shoe repaired i want it to be replaced. i know that the warrenty period has been finished but i haven't used the shoe.

C-22, C-23, 02F Harihar Chamber, Boring Road, Patna . Later on, I found uneven and mismatch stiching and shape of back portion of the shoes. I rushed to the above mentioned shop but the branch manager of the shop has refused to entertain the complain by saying that it is purchased almost five months back.
                                      Since it is apparently manufacturing defect I would request you kindly to register this complain and save me from further embarrassment and save your brand goodwill urgently.
                                      I have experienced that all shoes which are being sold and displayed at the showroom of woodland, Franchisee: Aero Club, Shop no. C-22, C-23, 02F Harihar Chamber, Boring Road, Patna, are not bearing the logo of the woodland company. This is a serious dilemma before the customer like me.                                       I had purchased a foot wear model number R1GD 0046105 for a sum of Rs.1570/- through you Madurai, Netaji Road outlet in Tamil Nadu India. Immediately during the 1st wear itself the seams gave way, meaning the quality of stitching is defective, as usual this was rudely rejected by the retail staff. I have left the product in your store itself.

                                      I request you refund the money or replace the product, once the seam goes away it means the quality is inferior and the seams would give way soon. Failing to do so would attract litigation.

                                      I purchased woodland shoes for Rs 1955 from Woodland showroom, Great India Place, Noida, India . The shoes I purchased were creating problem to me but the representative convinced me and promised that if it continues troubling, it will be repaired and repairing will take just 2 days. I submitted the shoes for repairing but even 10 days later they did not get them repaired.Every time they ask me to come 2 days later. Although shoes of woodland are good but services provided by them are very bad.
                                      woodland is the worst shoe i have ever come across...

                                      they are hand made and they copy Timberland which is a UK based company...

                                      I agree with all the above comments. I have been always using Woodland shoes (i.e slippers and sandals) as I am quite comfortable with the same. Since 2008 begining I find the quality of the shoes has detoriated and the representatives in the Woodland outlets does not even know what they speak. I was staying at Chenna and purchased a sandal from the Woodland at T Nagar, paying Rs. 1750/-during the month of February'08. Within three months the threads is the sandal torn and the strap came out. I took the shoe back to the shop and showed them the defect. They agreed to repair and give it to me within fifteen days. But I got the repaired shoe back almost after three months. I had spent almost Rs.600/- towards auto fare travelling to the shop to find out the status. Each time, I visited, they promised me to hand over the repaired shoe within a week but that was not true.

                                      In the month of September'08 I was transferred from Chennai to Ranchi. I was not sure whether there will be Woodland outlet. So I purchased a slipper paying Rs. 650/-. In last week of December'08, I found again the thread in the slipper is torn and the strap is coming out and presently I am not able to use the same.

                                      It is matter of great concern that inspite of paying such a large amount for the items the I did not get the items worth of the money I spent. It is also not expected that a renowed Company is functioning without proper quality check and providing services to the customer properly.

                                      In future, I will look for other options while purchasing the sandals and slippers.

                                      I had purchased a pair of sandals, article no-GS 4016, color-GRN, Size-40 in last week of April 2008 from Woodland showroom from Maurya lok, Patna.Hardly I might have worn it for two months and then I had to go out for few months.
                                      After returning back when I took it out for wearing, to my horror I found that both legs sole had come off.If this type of defect is developing in branded shoe like Woodland then I doubt that people will purchase it.Surely I will not purchase in future.
                                      I have lost the receipt of the afore said product.Though I have given it for resoling in Woodland outlet in Kalyan(Maharashtra) and the shopkeeper has charged Rs 450/-.
                                      Please look into such cases so that it does not reoccur again.

                                      Yes, its painfulll to see that, we are paying extra money for the brand name of Woodland and still the quality of the product is of 3rd grade.I had bought a pair of Woodland Shoes from Kolkata, costing Rs. 2100 on 26th Dec.2008.By 1st week of Feb 2009, its sole got detached from the main shoe body.I had complained to the Woodland complanin /enquiry of woodland site but even after sending 3 reminders, they reluctant to reply.Had we been in UK ans USA, these companies would have bent on knees and provided the requisite.
                                      Can anything else be done to bring Woodland company to these unprofessional attitude ?
                                      I had purchased my current shoes sometime back in Oct-08.
                                      As soon as I started using them, I started feeling some pain in my left foot, I complained to the showroom but the change did not happen. Now after 5-6 months, the left shoe is torn with the treads coming out. Also because of pain and uncomfortableness i did not wear for long and so often.

                                      I bought shoes costing Rs. 2000 from Vapi, Gujarat Show Room. Within 3 days o[censored]se stiching threads started coming from dofferent places. Also both shoes laces are of different length. Showroom owner not ready to take any responsibility.

As soon as I started using them within in a month finger grip torn .I submitted for repairing after 2 days they returned back really it is horiable i felt to slap them with same.i gave to repair for my left leg but they repaired in both side.i think they want to change their name from woodland to [censored]ingland. atleast i got a chance to write my feeling over here once again thanks for it.

                                      I bought wood land shoes a year back in chennai for the amount of Rs. 2500/-. I used the shoes only for office purpose but still the bottom sole of one shoe got broken. So I contacted the shop and gave the shoes for repair before one month but now they are saying they cant repair and giving some other reason. They are not showing interest in my complaint. I hope you will take some immediate action. (thought woodland is good company).
                                      I purchased a pair of formal shoe on 12th April 09 worth Rs.1695 and the code is RSIND-1227 from Laxmi-Road but the quality of shoe is not worth to purchase at such a high price. It is not in corrrect shape therefore wearing it feels me uncomfortable..The shoe's sole is not soft and wearing it for more than 1 hour start sweating to much.
                                      I purchased a pair of shoes on 15-3-09 from city agencies Trivandrum Model no:GC0112105 KHAKI 42 Paying the hugewoodland bill. Exactly on 30th day sole of Lt shoe came loose. When I contacted them, they said there is no replacement, but they will glue it locally. I have been using woodland for the past 15 yrs. Recently their quality & service are deteriorating. I bought a pair of LeeCooper today.

To manage this situation, I put temporary hook and I went to the same show room. They collected the slipper and they delivered the slipper, fixing more damages in that repaired area. This made me to feel bad and I argued them and they were not ready to respond for that.

                                      Now Rs2500 is in waste bin. Having So much of interest on purchasing your woodland slipper in the beginning and if it goes in the fourth time of its use, How can we believe your products? On the same day, we saw one more customer for his new slipper purchased from that shop only, even that also had same problem.

                                      Who is going to answer for my lost money which i earned after my hardwork?

                                      In the same shop I purchased 3 sets of socks of Rs145 each. Among those, only one set is printed as woodland and the other 2 sets are having no trade mark.                                       Referring to mail contents as given below, if I had purchased a ordinary slipper for the price of Rs200/-, that will proove its quality for at least one year. If I calculate the amount expensed for your woodland slipper that is Rs2500/-, I can purchase 12 pairs of ordinary slipper and I can use those for 12years (One slipper/ Year). Then why should I come to you? Are ready to spoil your woodland brand name?

                                      At the 4th time your usage of woodland slipper got disqualified because of its worst quality.

                                      I also have bitter experience with Woodland shoes bought from Sahara Mall, Gurgaon. The response of Woodlands in lacklustre and escapist type. They have countered that they have only 3 months warantee. I am surprised to find out that a reputed brand like Woodland offers only 3 months' warantee.
                                      I, Ajit H. Kumbhar bought new Woodland Shoes (New Casual Model without Shoeless) of Rs.1995.00 on dated 19.11.2008.

                                      Within 40 Days Shoes got tear on date 03.01.2009. I have submitted those Shoes to Shopkeeper for replacement on date 10.01.2009.

                                      After more than 4 Months, Till Date 24.05.2009 I have not received Replaced Shoes from that shopkeeper.

                                      I have called that Shopkeeper numerous time, but He told me that Woodland People are not giving those shoes replaced.

                                      Is that Compulsary to give some amount as corruption to the passport verifying police officer at the police station?
                                      Police personnel never respect the people those who are coming for passport verification, Why? They are treating the innocent people in a worst manner. Why this is happening in India? or the passport issuing authority is not taking some action against this harassment from police while passport verification at the police station.

                                      The wallet was defective. so I gave the defective piece & waited for a another piece.
                                      The Owner Mr Ojha. its today 12th June & yet today also the defective wallet is with me.
                                      the owner told me that you can walk down to any other woodland stores all over India & can get it changed.

                                      Why the hell do you open the stores if you cant even have 2 to 3 piece of the Wallets you sell?

                                      i purchased one pair of woodland shoes and on the next day it self its lace eye got out i have using woodland since 1994 but it is a disgrace to the product in spite of contacting the shop it has not been repaired . i hope something will be done to rectify this .

                                      Now, that very day I felt a little bit of pressure on my left feet thumb, but I thought it could be a normal phenomenon with leather footwear, so I carried on.
                                      Since I wear them only on weekends, so on next weekend when I wore the same for the whole day, I got a bad shoe bite on my left thumb which was hurting me like anything.
                                      I visited your outlet on the 31.05.09 for getting the same rectified, when the owner of the outlet clearly told me that there is no possibility of exchange but the same would be sent to the company for rectification.
                                      It took almost a month to get the complaint rectified and to my utter shock when I visited the outlet on 21.06.09, the left sandal was OK, but the right one has become very loose, and deformed.
                                      Loose enough that my foot was coming out of it while walking.

                                      I have been your customer for the past many years and is currently using many of your products but this time the service provided by your outlet and your company, sorry to say but really pathetic.
                                      I have spent Rs. 2000/- on the footwear and for the past one month I am not been able to enjoy the comfort of my expenditure.
                                      The way your outlet’s staff handling the complaint is also very rude. As they have only one answer to any/every query that “ we can’t do anything, the company will decide”.
                                      Currently I feel that I have been duped of my hard earned money by your company.

                                      I hope this compalint of mine will be given due consideration, with fruitful results.

                                      I am totally disagree to your words. What you think if one product fails, they should replace it for you. Tell me the name of a single brand who does so. And when you purchase the item they clearly disclose the warranty period as 6 months. Its not guarantee.
                                      If you are unhappy coz it failed to fulfill your expectation, I'll tell you one thing have you ever noticed many people does smoking but (GOD forgive me to say) Cancer catches only 1 0r 2 ppl in 100. Another example is most of the ppl drives four wheelers and two wheelers but unfortunately, accidents occurs with 5 to 10% of ppl.
                                      So, remember one thing, no one is perfect, you should give them atleast a chance to repair your shoes and prove themselves. They are here to get fame, to provide their customer defectfree service not for wrong commitments and fake products.

                                      I bought wood land shoes a year back inkochi for the amount of Rs. 2500/-. I used the shoes only for office purpose but still the bottom sole of one shoe got broken. So I contacted the shop and gave the shoes
                                      so pls do it fast as soon as possible
                                      I had purchased my current shoes sometime back in July 2009

                                      As soon as I started using them within in a Two Day, I started feeling some pain in my foot,
                                      So that I contacted the concerned person in the other shop in woodland shops at pune. They suggested me to use thicker soxes, so I did.

                                      But after this I got a some portion of skin got collected near my heel, and the portion has become very hard, also the portion of the shoe internally has torn out. My leg are painful after use shoe. This is because of the internal shoe design(may be there would be something wrong in the design of the shoe, may not be with all of the models of similar pattern, but specifically with the one which I am using so calling them as defective piece), since then I am no using these shoes.

                                      Could you please let us know what should be done? Can i get the shoes replaced with same model? Since I purchased it for 895/-Rs and is not a small value, since I was sure that once i purchased the Woodland shoes i can use them on daily bases, but was unlucky to do so because of above reason . As a brand name, company should be able to provide me right response with regards to this.

                                      I bought a woodland shoes in january but after 9 months o[censored]se the shoes is making noise between sole and the its upper part.I have complained about the problem but of no use.I bought woodland because of its reputation in the market but i didnt know that i will face problem with such a good brand company shoes.The shoes cost me Rs2400.Please help me to sort out my problem
                                      Woodland shoes is on expansion and are opening shops in many metropolitan and urban areas. They have no transparent marketing policy. Even the show room people are trying to dodge and give evasive answers. Their quality is not at all good and I have purchased two pair of shoes and only their bill and the upper sole is ok. When reported with the staff, they simple regret and do not give fitting reply. Only customers are the sufferers. No consumer movement in India. Best thing to agitate is to hang their defective shoes in front of the stores and create customer awareness.

                                      I had purchased two pairs of woodland shoes from the woodland store in Panaji Goa, within five months the stitching of the soles came apart, i contacted the dealer and he tells me since it is more than three months he will not be able to repair it free of cost, so i ended up paying Rs 800 towards replacing the soles. the second pair the soles came apart in 2 hrs of wearing the shoes. this really goes to show the substandard quality of woodland shoes, i will never ever touch another pair of woodland shoes again.

                                      I have purchased a pair of shoes from Bhavnagar Gujarat Woodland Store;Article No.-G4092, Camel colour, size[protected]and I have paid 2495.00 rs for the same two month back but after 15 days while removing the shoe from my left leg, what I have seen that the stiching on the upper side broken and came loose.Then I visited the store for the replacement and he refused to do so stating that once sold items can only be repaired under 3 months warranty and can not be replaced and they have simply repaired that shoe from a local cobler and after that I have taken that shoe in assurence that shoe will be ok for 6 to 10 months but after a week stiching on the same place got broken and came loose after this incidence i again visited the store for the same incidence and they again repaired the shoe from the similar place with a weak thread used for the blanket from a local cobler and after two days same happened that shoe stiching got broken again.Pls suggest what to do I was the customer of woodland shoes for 7 years but now I think I have to turn to other .

                                      Sir , i have purchased woodland shoes from a retailer in Naveen market, Kanpur. The MRP of the shoes was.2495/-. He sold me that with 2250/-, means he gave only 10% discount. But the real pice in the woodland showroom is after cutting 40% discount.This is really unbearable. And when I asked for a Computerised bill he gave me a temporary one, I think he is not paying the mandoctory taxes. Its a responsbility of Wood land to sustain this kind of avtivities, they should the retailer to sell their products.

Now I have enquired there for several time and now fedup with that job and thought of complainting in the site. They are very irresponsible in considering my issue. The cost is 1870 after discount. quality of shoe is very bad. It is not in corrrect shape therefore wearing it feels me uncomfortable..The shoe's sole is not soft and wearing it for more than 1 hour start sweating to much.
                                      I too have a same complaint as that of Mohandas who purchased from M/s Prime sports, Cochin. I also had purchased from there, a biege coloured shoes costing nearly 2000 Rs, within one week there was a tear on the heel portion, when presented to the shop they totally denied any responsibility, i suspect whether their stuffs are genuine. Last month whole sole detached from the body ! Woodlands should keep an eye over this shop otherwise they will loose genuine customers and loose reputation of their brand. Terminate their franchisee right first
                                      I bought one pair Black Shoes ( Article No. GC 0036A BLACK 42 FOOTWEAR) from Woodland Store, Aero Club 5-8/527 & 527/2 Abid Road-2, HYDERABAD on Date:09 February 2010. but within one months both soles of shoes are going to broken. now these soles have hundred percent broken . this is a very disappointment moment for me because I kept faith on branded items. I expect you will take necessary action as soon as possible & you will inform me.Now I reside in Machilipatnam, so this is diffucult for me to go Hyderabad for this purpose.                                       WOODLAND — Rectification is not being done

                                      I have purchased one pair of woodland make shoes on dated 23/10/2009 and the same was damaged/torn
                                      recently.

                                      As such I have handed over this pair to the Woodland showroom located in Karolbagh for repair on free of cost basis. Today concerned person has expressed their unability to do the needful after 12 days from the date of receipt of faulty shoes at their end.

                                      i too purchased a shoe(blue colour) but in a months time its colour faded and become white. I did not preserve the receipt hence i did not go to the shop.
                                      woodland is a world renowned company and should take more.care about their product
                                      i am also using woodland shoes which i bought from the showroom at thrissur, kerala. the sole and stitching of sole is too bad. the sole cracked in few months. but always i got good service from the showroom. but last time i talk to the regional manager at ernakulam and i am told, they cannot give guarentee more than six months and refused to repair. that means now the quality of woodland shoes is this much only. so that why we are paying Rs. 2000 +/- and buy a shoe which lasts only for six months? but one think i would appreciate is the body of the shoe. it is still in good condition. so that i can keep it in the shoerack.

                                      I have purchased one pair of shoes from Woodland Store, Shop no-135/136V3S East centre Mall, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi, India, vide their retail invoice no 4565 dt 14th Feb, 2010. Item code was R1GC 0420107 assr o footwear. When I have started using there was a problom of Back deposit(as explanied to me by the retail outlet). The shoe was taken from me for repair. I have taken the delivery of shoe after 15 days, but now the next problem. It was not fitting to my foot after repair. When I have consulted again, they have again taken shoes from me for repair. I am just unable to understand the quality of world class shoe company. I have just used the shoe for one days since last 3 months.

                                      I had purchased a pair of woodland shoe from a woodland outlet located in Sky Tower Building, Bank Road. Calicut, dated[protected] at the rate of Rs.1, 915. Today, while I was walking through the road, sole of my left shoe peeled off in the midst of the crowd. I felt as if I was fully naked in the crowd.I never expected this would happen in the short period two months time. This shouldn't have happened with a brand bearing good reputation.                                         After usage of the shoe the sole started getting crack from the bottom side with one month for the right shoe and after few days the left shoe sole also statred getting crack.
                                        when been to the woodland Aero club they insisted that i have to hand over the shoe for replacement for 15 to 20 days as it has to go delhi for the sole replacement.
                                        I request rather to replace the sole, kindly replace the shoe.
