[Resolved] Woodland — Defective shoe | |||
Dear Sir/Ma'am, Myself Gaurav Narkhede, working as a Assistant Professor in MIT College of Engineering, Pune. I have purchased woodland shoe on 18/8/12 in woodland factory outlet in katraj pune. After 10 days the shape of the right shoe changed and it looks entirely different from the left one. I went to the dealer with my shoes but he didn't give me positive response, he further added that even if we will keep it in mould it will take this shape again. Its really embarrassing to wear such type of branded shoe (few of my audience have pointed out and told me the difference, That was really embarrassing moment! ), but your dealer do not found any difference between the two shoes. Please find the attachment and and observe it carefully, you will see how ugly it looks. At this stage i am expecting a replacement of the shoe from your side. my name is mr Pious .M.John. i had purchased black color shoe from woodland showroom at at DLF PLACE SAKET New Delhi on 13/6/2014.on 24/8/2014 i complained to manager of the showroom that shoes purchased by me was of substandard quality and shoe be either repaired or be replaced. lather of the shoe is granning after just few days o[censored]se.my repair slip no is 62..the showroom name is AEROCLUB, GROUND FLOOR, DLF SAKET, NEW DELHI.reply that i got from the manager was unreasonable that your shoe has been eaten by dog.on asking, him please give me report of expert panel, i was refused and there was un objectional behaviour of the manager mr sharma.kindly look in to the matter as nothing was done for my complaint.customer care slip says it to be under warrenty.otherwise i would have to take the help of consumer court in this regard.i have spent Rs 3895 for the same and infrerior and defective qquality is not acceptable to me.
