20/11/2009. To, Manager, Woodland. Respected Sir, I am a regular custmer of your brand "WOODLAND".I got a very bad experience from my last purchase. Six month ago I bought a pair of shoes E[protected] from your showroom ( Aero Club, 234,R.C.Dutt Road,Alkapuri,Vadodara,Gujarat,INDIA.) Which was teared from steches from rubber of bottom,.which was not used even more than 10 times.I have complained at above showroom but I did not got good response.They are asking for Rs. 450 charges for repairing because i have lost bill. I dont think that WOODLAND needs a bill to prove for it's product. If I will not get proper response by you , I will never use the brand and will never suggest any one to go for your brand, but i don't want to do this so I will wait for your positive response. Respected Sir,
I am a custmer of your brand "WOODLAND".I got a very bad experience from my last purchase dated 28/12/2009. I bought a pair of brown sandals GD0491108 Tin No [protected] from your showroom at Vytila, Ernakulam..
complaint being, , it had a tear from steches from rubber o[censored]pper portion, .which was not used even more than 2 months.I have complained at above showroom but I did not get good response.They were not even responding or paying any interest on this particular issue even when i had been there taking time from my busy schedule.. i got a guarentee period of 7 months even then they are not ready for checking out the problem or either reaplacing it with a new one.. I dont think that WOODLAND needs a perfect proof than this letter for it's product.
If I will not get proper response by you, I will never use the brand and will never suggest any one to go for your brand, but i don't want to do this so I will wait for your positive response.
