Subject: Refund for Purchase of a Shoe at your store.CCF.NO ; 34


I have purchased woodland shoe from following address,



M/S AERO CLUB

R.S.Puram,

Coimbatore,

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have purchased a Woodland

shoe for Rs. 2395/= (Rupees Two thousand Three hundred and ninty five only) on 17th March 2008, After i purchased the shoe and starting using it.June 20th i was found shole was cut at bottom of both side and Stiching problems. I did approach your Sales outlet and asked for a refund full amount or replacement of the new shoe. your sales person has taken the shoes for customer coplaints and he promised to replace the new shoe with in a 15 Days.But to my surprise what ever was he promised to me did not happen. I may not be able to compromise on anything less than a refund of the full purchase amount or equal amount of new shoe.
I request you to resolve this issue within a week of receiving this letter

by refunding the amount of Rs.2395 or equal amount of new shoe.

Please note that if I do not get my refund of Rs.2395 /- or equal amount of new shoe, I will be forced

to approach you legally through consumer court.

Sir,

I have purchased a shoes in Jayanagar, Bangalore on 08.11.2009. The Bill No.7429, Model No. : G23777.

Now, I would like to state that, my shoes lase neck has been torned, so I gave it for repair in Gopal and Mahal, Mysore Road, Bangalore. But, after some days, I found that the same problem has been occured in the shoe lase neck.

Please replace the same and repair orelse return back the money if possible.

not recived the product

I ordered 1 Wallet from 15 days back & already payment by online but till date not received my product, how much time i received this product reply urgent
