Hi everyone, Me & my friend have an experience of attending interview there and wasted our time. Giving a picture like MNC but there is no vacancy at all.... Not only me most of people suffering out of there fake classified ads.

This is the HR Team of WBG- This candidate was rejected in the interview and its registered in our database . Hope he is trying to avenge his plea through this site. We urge the candidate not to behave immatured rather try to improve his skills and take an interview with us after 3 months to get selected. Everyday we have over 100 walkin for various positions with us and this is first instance which happened as a posting in this site. Look forward to meet the best talents to work with WBG

This is Fenny, hope you know me Thiru, Calling yourself a HR using such language over the phone proves you are a perfect HR for no company!!! I had posted 2 mails to your company about your arrogance and way you had treated me the interview. I was also replied by the concern official asking apology for your behavior in the interview and the way you dealt with a set of people in your office.

Your company had already informed about your termination in reply to my mail. See my postings in Consumer complaints about you on 2nd and 3 rd March . I have experience in the recruitment field for 7 years and you have none except few months, know how to behave and treat candidates and by the way there had already been many posts about your unprofessionalism in various sites which I had read. I would like to quote -behave like a HR and not a third rated person in the interview.

Happy that the company finally had to send you out of the job.I am happy for there decision and now I guess all the candidates will finally have a new and professional team to join them. HR needs professionalism and not something you had calling yourself a great icon and boasting to many..

Hi Friends,

I am working in the concern for over 1.4 yrs now in the operations. Recently the company had terminated a criminal team, which is under the legal records of the near by Police station and the company does possess the criminal complaint copies of few persons where actions are initiated for theft of data, misconduct with employees using unparliamentary words and harassment with fellow employees and candidates further breaching of agreement.

As it quite common when the employee is FIRED and lost communication directly with the company after their TERMINATION they become cheap with there fraudulent attitude ( very clear FROM THESE POST ) works in such cheapest manner by putting such comments using fake names and ids in websites without understanding the consequence they are will face like the one they faced on date of the termination on 21/3/2012.

Company holds its credentials since 2009 and proved great success and our Clients across will certify the company standards and we don't want someone who is unworthy and already in legal consequence to talk about us. We wish your comments would be good to your own criminal folks not for any users.

Thank you criminal team by using fake ids and posting such comments. NOTE: WHAT YOU HAD POSTED IS THE SAME REASON YOU HAD BEEN THROWN OUT ON YOUR MOST MEMORABLE DAY IN YOUR LIFE.

Dear WBG,

I heard from sources and also from your GM- Operations about the recent situation and the steps WBG has taken against the team which was terminated. Keep the clients posted of the upcoming status, I would like to assure our business relationship with WBG is strong and growing. We would like to recommended to act on those employees in the toughest manner and ensure the company takes it an integrity issue when such abusive language used by the terminated team.

We would take this matter in the HR forum which will be held in April- 2012 and pass a resolution.

We extend our support in this manner and work towards for good projects.

What is your employee id the so called Anush Menon or Rajkumar or Husinna. Stop the bloody shit out here, we know who the bloody hell you are Ms Thiru. If you have the real guts and a real man come down to the station, the cops visited twice to your place for enquiry but you were unavailable... If you are 22 yrs old behave yourself.

FYI--- Find a solution for your career as you are getting hotlised by a governing body in India. Your ip has been traced long back and we posses every bit of info on the same to assist the governing body to hotlist.

If you have the unworthy dog dont behave like that till your life. FYI- Behave for the education you studied, why you dodge the cops and run away from your home or go hiding???????????????????????

If you dont even know me being a senior employee in the company than what the hell you know about the WBG Group or its team. Dont tail for 2 months exp in WBG rather we are working since 2009.

Leave me your offer letter copy in my mail if you had worked with us ever before in your life in WBG.. rather dont comment saying your offer letter gone missing or never received one .. frd..

What is your real name ? Why do you use fake ids? We see different post like yours using fake ids? The employee contract law in US can ensure such activities by any ex employee against the company or such post will be jailed for 7 years . Its just that you are in India, we are unaware of the policy on a employee contract.

Your behavior using fake ids or names will be handled as per the existing laws. Also we are well know to the Company Management and there Top Management. I guess just by knowing the name of someone in the company you cannot use abusive words for the action taken on you. You are not here to talk personal but only official to clients or members. Your management is a strong team from 2 decades of professional experience and we know them thoroughly.

"We believe that Milton sexually exploited at least six other young women after recruiting them in World Biz Global Services, a manpower agency in Chetpet, " a police officer said. "He gave the women key positions in his company and took advantage of them by promising to marry them."

The officer said the women refused to lodge a formal complaint against Milton.

Investigating officers will on Monday seek an arrest warrant from a magistrate against Milton in the second rape case. Pooja filed a complaint with the police after learning about his arrest in the rape of Sapna earlier in the month.

Police registered a case against Milton under various sections of the IPC including 376 (rape), 313 (causing miscarriage without woman's consent), 506 (1) (criminal intimidation) and 342 (wrongful confinement).

Pooja told investigating officers that she was given the designation of 'personal coordinator' in the company. She worked there for six months, during which Milton sexually abused her. Milton was arrested earlier for cheating a 20-year-old BSc final year student Sapna, of Kilpauk.

Two weeks prior to her complaint, Sapna said, Milton called her to his cabin for some work and gave her a soft drink. Sapna said blacked out after drinking it and, when she awoke, she was naked and found that she had been sexually assaulted.
