It is a matter of great regret that in spite of sending several E-mails to your company you have not bothered to reply on a customer complain. Finally, I have issued a notice to the dealer and if I don’t receive right attention I shall go legal way while Your Company shall also be made a party. I reproduce below the notice sent to the dealer for your reference.

This is to bring to your notice that ever since the Electrolux AC 18 WCR was purchased from your showroom on 04-03-08 vide bill no 147233, has not been working satisfactorily. Immediately after 2/3 days it was purchased it was attended once for service .Again after several reminders it was attended 2nd time on 01-05-08 by your third party service agency TeckCare. They could do nothing and declared that the AC is ok. We complained immediately after the same repair that the AC was not performing satisfactorily and the service technician came after 15 days for the third time but could not do any thing. as .It is having several defects on its thermostat as the compressor stays on for 5 minutes and off for 40 minutes, inadequate gas resulting in very poor cooling ie less than an one ton AC .It reported that it is not a 1.5 Ton AC as mentioned in your bill .It gives the effect of less than an one Ton AC.

• This is the final notice served on you so that you replace the AC with in 7 days from issue of this letter failing which we shall be constrained to report the matter to:-
• Consumer forum for redressal
• Action against your organization for selling under rated goods to the appropriate law enforcing authority.
• Publishing the matter in the press.
• We shall not be held responsible for any consequent damage arising out of the same.

electrolux-oxigen airconditionar — not functioning properly

Dear sir,

We write to inform you that you have provided us electolux 1.5ton airconditioners which were last serviced by you on 27.07.2006. Thereafter, you have not sent your engineerl for proper service of the said acs.

We request you to depute your qualified engineer for satisfactory service of the said air-conditioners at the earliest. Pleae feel free to talk to us on our telephone number[protected], 220054.

Pathetic customer service, waits for the warranty period to get over, tries to fool the customers, takes time long enough just to keep the problem and test customer's patience. one word[protected] DONT GO FOR ELECTROLUX PRODUCTS EVEN IF THAT IS THE ONLY PRODUCT IN THE WORLD

Electrolux, Air Conditioner — Non received of assured gift items

Please refer to the following message regarding non receive of the Assured Festive Gift as published in the leading newspaper in Kolkata, India.

In this connection, On 05.11.07, I had purchased one no. 1 Ton split type Air Conditioner (model: 12SCRLA1) from Technocity, 15B, Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata 700020 for Rs.18, 900.00 against Technocity's quotation no. nil dated 18.10.2007. However, after a lapse of 2 years till date, I have not received 51 pcs. Stainless steel dinner set or similar type festive assured gifts as published in the leading news paper at KOLKATA.

Please note that I had informed number of times vide e-mail to [protected]@electrolux.se dtd November 05, 2007, 05.11.2007, 06.02.08, 11.05.08, 08.07.08 regarding non received Assured Festive Guft but till date I have not received any reply from them.

Please note that if I do not received the assured gift within 7 days from the date of this mail, then I will put up the case to Consumer Forum, Kolkata & RTI.

Please look into the matter very seriously and inform me the action being taken by return mail failing which legal notice and complain will be lodged with the concerned authority suitable location. Please treat this matter as urgent.

It is a matter of great regret that in spite of several phone calls & E-mails to your company you have not bothered to reply on a customer complain. I had purchased a room air conditioning system 1.5 Ton window luxury from Great eastern appliances ltd.From the begining we have been suffering different types of problems with the machine, cooling effect is not satisfactory accordingly I have issued a notice to the dealer and if I don’t receive right attention I shall go legal way.

actually i have purchaseda spilt ac of 1.5 ton... from anand gift house, city.. batala, distt:- gurdaspur... in september of 2008... it worked only 2 months...but its ampare rise to 23 ... i complainted to service center... they changed its compressure ... but problem is the same ... so suggest me what can i do ... now... thanx
Well i have the same problem, i have a window ac 1.5 ton and it's not working properly. inspite of calling on 39404040, they r not coming to check the ac. i think we should do something cause these company people are taking their customer for granted.
We complained about our product(ELECROLUX WINDOW AC) on customer care number.Our Complaint no. is DEL[protected].I had purchased a room air conditioning system 1.5 Ton window luxury from Naveen Electronics.Cooling is not satisfactory.
But neither any engineer came to us nor they asked about it.Company people are taking their customer for granted.Even they have given us the service centre number, which is invalid.

Please do the needful.

My 1.5 ton Electrolux AC is Out of Order since 16.05.2009 and it is very painful to write that the company is shameless and their employees are to punish the customer to the extent they can do.
This is second time in last two years when I am facing the problem with my 1.5 ton AC. Last year I got responce to my complaint after 2 months. the only way is to lodge a complaint is call center and the person sitting their are hving one line your complaint will be attended with in 24 hrs. My request to buyers those are intrested in buying Electrolux Product is please please don't buy any product from Electrolux.

Videocon electronics has bought the Electrolux brand and ever since they have been selling the Videocon AC in this name. The quality of the product is damn poor and you will always repent buying a Electrolux product . I have bought a Electrolux Oxygen RANGE A.c and it has started malfunctioning within 15 days of installation. I wonder why govt of India is not starting criminal proceedings against this company for selling such substandard products. I will surely sue these people for playing around with me .
i ve a electrolux refrigerator. i have been filing complain for the past two weeks and no one is here to check the refrigerator... hot weather and no refrigerator... you see... call center people say the complain is in urgent...
I have purchased an Electrolux ac of 1.5 ton cpacity on 12 th April 2006.I have paid for AMC twice but did not recieve any water servicing during the period. Whatever servicing the authorised service centre here at Cuttack (Laxmi Service Centre) has provided are not up to the satisfaction. Finally, last month, due to some electrical problem, the front panel PCB went out of order. When I contacted the service centre, they could not provide the alternate, saying that the company did not provide the PCB. Is it true or false. If true, where shall I go from here; if false, what shall I do for the wrong informaton?
I so agree. I am having 1 Ton AC, which is not working now. When I tried the locan service engineer, they are not at all responding. Even they are not pick up the phone. We have to do something.

Effectively we used the ACS for 4 to 5 months.
Since Mid April-2009 we had tried our level best to get the ACS serviced with Air Control Inc but our efforts were went on vain.

Finally on 12.06.2009 DUA REFRIGERATION
came with one Compressor and fitted in one Split AC and charged Rs.1650/-for the gas filled in the compressor.but the AC is not working and still he could not find the fault.“ HE CLAIMS HE IS THE AUTHORISED DEALER FOR ELECTROLUX” However he refused to give us the service report, according to him there is no such policy is being adopted by your “ORGANISATION”

For your information we have four more Window ACs of LG it is more than five years old we had never faced such a situation.

We are writing this mail with a hope to get a relief from these harassments.

COMPLAINT MADE REGARDING THE REPAIR OF WASING MACHINE.
Dear Concerned officers,

I had purchased an Electrolux washing machine model turbo on dated: 15.07.2007 from one of your Ghaziabad dealer (Home appliances) which is known as Rishabh Electronics.

Washing macine was working fine till the 12 June 2009 when it had stopped working. I logged a complaint at your call centre dated 12 June '09 complaint no. GHA[protected] for which the engineer visited my place from your service centre in Ghaziabad named ELECTROMECH Engineers. He confirmed that WASH MOTOR is BURNT in the machine, WHICH SHALL BE CHANGED NEXT DAY.NO ONE CAME TO ME NEXT DAY. ON 15.06.2009 I AGAIN CONTACTED YOUR CONSUMER CELL, THEY INFORMED ME THAT YOUR MACHINE HAS BEEN REPAIRED. I AGAIN logged THE COMPLAINT AS COMPLAINT NO: GHA[protected]. TILL DATE YOUR SERVICE CENTER PEOPLE ARE MAKING ME FOOL. ON 24.06.2009 when i call up your call centre I did't get any positive reply and same was the case with your service centre.

Again request you to kindly resolve my problem on urgent basis or that leaves me no option to file a case in consumer forum.

Elecrolux AC's servicing network in Hyderabad is Pathetic. We purchased 3 Electrolux AC's from Shah Electronics, R. P. Road on his assurance that servicing will never be a problem.But to our dismay we found they have almost no servicing network.
All complaints to their call centre and local area incharge fall on deaf ears.
We do not reccomend these AC's since the products they are manufacturing are not without complaints and they do not have efficient servicing network to support their low quality products.
Our experince with company and their AC's is very bad and suggest all readers to please consider the above aspects before bringing a headache to your home or office.
