WWICS — cheating

WWICS Pune branch gave me wrong information, . In June, I and 3 other friends went to WWICS Pune branch and they told us that you can go to Canada for education purpose under SPP program,but after sometimes they said you can not go under this program and they suggest to cancel our cases.so we did.It was not our fault actually.We are the victim of wrong information.is there any way to give back our money?? because i wrote to many letter but nobody care about them.please somebody help me and show me a way to solve the problem.we trusted them and they fooled us
